This place sucks! Please don’t waste your money. This was my second attempt at this place after about 6 years and they still suck. When you point out the issue, they kind of just look at you as if they don’t see a problem. I told them before I even got in line that my car was pretty bad (for my standards) and the guy said, «Oh Ma’am don’t worry. We will take care of it for you. You are in good hands!» Yeah right! Not the case at all. I paid all that money for my vehicle to be returned like all they did was rinse the outside and make my windows even dirtier than they were before I arrived! They should go out of business.

Last time I use TLC — I requested cleaning inside and out with an oil change — I advised the tech that it was really dirty and wanted the thorough package — I was told they couldn’t shampoo upholstery because they were backed up (3 hrs before closing). So after an estimate of 45 mins I sat right and waited — finally after 80 minutes I was told my vehicle was done. Paid an excess of $ 104 — I was fine paying this if job was completed but it wasn’t. The rear hatch was full of grass, interior was not cleaned. No consideration of time I waited with the poor job and customer service.

After the rain we’ve had this week and driving through all the mud, we decided to give TLC a try. I paid for the $ 25 wash, shine, and protect. We went to go eat at the Boston market across the street while it was being washed, I expected to come back to I nice clean truck (mind you this is a brand spankin’ new not even a month old truck) when I came back I found the wheel wells still had mud our dash was dusty our back seat still had our dogs hair on it and the floor mats were still dirty. I thought this would be a good place to go seeing as it’s always packed but I won’t be going here, or any other TLC for that matter, ever again

Not worth the money. They speed thru cars and missed obvious dirt marks. Used dirty disgusting towels on the back window to all I can see is swirl marks out my back window. Paid $ 38 for a machine to do a decent job and people to do a crap job. Never again

This is by far the worst car wash in Fayetteville… I was advised to get the $ 25 wash to include wheels, tires and inside cleaned. The front of my truck wasn’t touched, my windows and mirrors had horrible streaks and water spots. The body appeared as if they dried it with dirty towels. After asking the young kid if this is the best they could do, he apologized and said they use the towels they are provided and that they didn’t have anything to properly clean my windows. Stay away from this car wash spraying it off with a hose will get a better job done.

This will be a review that goes to the back pages. Went into the car wash with a new car. Expected good service. Car was dirty from a road trip. When I got it back it was still dirty in several places. I pointed it out and they wanted to wipe it down. Come on man!!! I asked them to run it through again and you would think I started world war three. Came out again a little better but you could still see road grime from the rain on the side and back. Was not happy at all. Took a bucket and cleaned it off after I complained again. They blamed the cars design for the problem. Really. Your a car wash. Cars come in all shapes and sizes. Paid for a wash. Felt it was not a good job at all.

I have three dogs so there were tons of hair in my car. They were nice enough to inform me that they won’t be able to get all the hair out. That’s fine. I didn’t expect them to but it was still pretty good customer service. They did loose a star when I got my car and the shine in the inside was spotty. Some areas it looked «wet» and others it was already dry. I told them about the issue and they just told me it takes awhile for it to dry. Well the next day it still wasn’t «dry.» I’m guessing the already dried spots were areas they didn’t touch up on.

If I could rate this place a nothing I would!!! Horrible service! They didn’t vacuum the trunk even after I asked, they left sand and dirt everywhere! The manager was rude and didn’t even care that his workers did a bad job, they said they would re vacuum it and I got it back exactly the same! The mats were not properly vacuumed and the trunk was not even touched! I was told I should have brought it in before it got so dirty!!!

TLC shame on me for coming back. I know this place doesn’t do the best job, but I just wanted a quick wash and someone else to run a vacuum through the car. It was pretty rough after a trip to the beach so I accepted that mediocre would be better than nothing.
So I get there at 645pm– Unilocal told me they close at 8. I was asked what they could do for me and then in the next breath told that they were closing at 7. So wait, you can’t run the car through your stupid automatic wash in under 15 minutes? I get it you’re trying to close. I’d probably say no too. But I wasn’t asking for the world and you could at least be a little more apologetic especially when you just started closing at 7pm. I was told they’d be opened back up at 8am. Cool story bro. You won’t see me then or ever.

Purchased the deluxe package. Before the wash I gave clear instructions on what needed to be cleaned. However, by the end of it, none of the things were touched. Their idea of cleaning is running a wet rag over the surfaces and calling it a job done. I ended up having to wipe down and vacuum all the nooks and crannies myself. They didn’t even bother to lift the mat to vacuum underneath. To conclude, I would’ve rather given the $ 40 to the beggar across the street than have these people touch my car.

The worst! Paid for the deluxe, it didn’t look like they touched the inside of the car. The outside looked like I paid a neighborhood kid to wash it. There was some BCAA powder that had been spilled on the passenger side and there wasn’t even an attempt to remove it. I don’t know how this place is still in business.

I haven’t even seen what my car looks like yet, but I’m certain that no matter how perfectly clean it is, it will not be enough to make up for the horrific customer service and atrocious wait times. As I sit here on a sunny bench, I count 7 teenage employees NOT doing anything. There was only one car in front of me when I arrived. And I’ve been here for over an hour. I have witnessed these same employees have an obnoxious argument about a cracked iPhone screen, walk around aimlessly as cars lined up behind mine awaiting the final touches, and continuously distract and interrupt each other just as they are about to complete a car. I will never visit this establishment again! If I could give zero stars, I would.

Horrible place to get a car wash!!! I paid for a deluxe, the host told me its gonna be 20mins. I went inside to pay, sat down for 3mins and my car got called! I went to check my car, all they did was to pressure wash the outside! The inside was still the same, they didn’t even touch it like for real?! I could have paid the $ 5 automatic car wash then vacuum it myself. I went and complained to the host and he was apologetic and sent «Freddy P.» to do the inside, he did a great job and even found some stuffs that I didn’t even know existed. Anyway, my advice is don’t go here for carwash! If you have no choice and this is the only place you can go get your car washed just look for «Freddy P.» Oh! They also messed my car up, when the girl pressure washed my car she peeled and scratched something. I wish I could took my cash that I gave her for tip!

Brought my van through and a young man removed the antenna with a wrench before we started. He ended up scratching it pretty badly (down to the metal). I requested their insurance information to submit a claim after they had me sit there with my kids for thirty minutes while they tried to buff it out (which even I knew wasn’t going to work with a scratch that deep). They wanted to send me to their auto body guy which was against my better judgement but I agreed. I had to wait a week to even hear from him and then drive another 40 minutes to get him just to have him tell me that he would have to repaint the panel which would require him to keep the van for at least a day. It’s now been almost two weeks and multiple phone calls trying to have them set up a rental car and schedule everything. Lesson learned, always go through insurance and don’t go to TLC car wash.

Terrible car wash place. Asked for the deluxe wash (inside and out) and vacuum, they just vacuumed the mats, not the seats and didn’t even wipe down the seats or dash. When I went inside to inform the front desk they told me they were closing soon and could not finish the job and said they were unable to give me a refund because the manager was not present. Whatever you do, do not use this place! Better off doing it yourself!

Absolutely awful. I don’t know what else to say… my car looks horrible. Just as bad as when I came in. Barely any dirt was taken off of my car it missed tons of spots, my windows still have fingerprints on it as well as marks from where my kids have sneezed. You can see everything its like they didn’t even touch the inside. I paid 40 dollars because they charge 20 extra dollars for an SUV charge. That was supposed to cover the outside of the car as well as the inside, you know vacuuming Windex and windows Armor All, etc. I feel like they basically took my money and then handed me back my car. I have never been to a car wash that has missed so many things and had such horrible service. I’m waiting outside the car wash right now for them to open up at 8 a.m. So I can attempt to retrieve my money back. Not even interested in giving them a second try to fix what they’ve already neglected. Nobody has time for that. Save your money and go to a self-​service carwash.

They do a great job cleaning inside and out. Due to price, I only go there in a pinch. *Make sure to check their work though. I made the mistake of driving off and they did not vacuum my trunk like I asked and paid for, or clean my dash which is supposed to be included.
Overall: Too expensive for what you get to go here regularly. Very convenient when you’re in a rush or your car is dirty enough inside and out that you don’t want to deal with it.
