I walked in fresh off the street with no appointment 1 year ago. From day one I connected with Dr. Bill and his small staff (more like family now). They were extremely inviting, offering me free tea and snacks. When I met the doc, I told him about my experience of going to other chiropractor’s and feeling like I was just a number. He said it wouldn’t be like that. Of course, I took that with a grain of salt and rolled eyes. 1 year later I can safely say that I’ve never once felt like a number. In fact, I’ve never had such good personal service. He does everything he can to make me feel comfortable and well. My wife too.
He has blessed my family immensely.
If you’ve even considered going to a chiropractor, go visit Dr. Bill.

So I complained to my sister that my 4 year old daughter had yet another ear ache (they are chronic) and she said I need to finally take her to the chiropractor. (Her joke is that it’s not the lack of antibiotics that’s causing her ear aches!) She’s been on me for a while to do this for her and I just had not researched it, so she did and found Dr Smith. I am so happy! His facility is fantastic– caters to adults as well as children in a friendly and professional environment and he offers an array or organic foods, oils, natural remedies and other goodies that promote health and wellness. We went in, he adjusted us and even suggested some new things to try for my son’s chronic eczema. We signed up for care immediately. My daughter giggled during her first adjustment and said she loved it! Now to get my husband in… We will see you guys soon! Thank you so much! Fayetteville needs someone like you!

Dr. Smith is by far one of the best doctors out there. No matter if you are having back pain or neck pain or need to do rehab or just have any questions at all about nutrition he is the one I would recommend. So do yourself a favor and stop being in pain and get in to see Dr. Smith.

I always walk out feeling 100% after my appointments. The doctor is very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I initially saw Dr. Smith when I wrenched my back. Although my original purpose was a wrenched back, I started feeling more relaxed and my mind began working much better and more in sync with my feelings. I haven’t felt so well in years. From my perspective, the massage therapy have helped me way beyond what I could have imagined.

Dr. Smith was our family chiropractor since 2010. My husband who suffers from chronic back pain always felt better after his adjustments. I had different aches and pains and Dr. Smith was always knowledgeable as to what kind of exercises to do to strengthen any problem areas such as my shoulder. We were sad to see him go to but happy that he’s closer to his family. Best chiropractor ever, very knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate.
