The Grease Pig Lube & Tune

Unless you just need your oil changed I definitely would not recommend this place. My car was having problems accelerating and was overheating. I took it to grease pig because it was close to my house. I told them what the car was doing and they said they would take a look at it. After a few hours they called me back and told me the radiator needed to be replaced and that it would cost $ 500. I paid them and started driving my car to work right after I picked it up. I got about 2 miles before the car broke down again. I called them immediately and they apologized and said they would pay for it to get towed back to the shop for them to see what happened. I asked them if they were going to pay for it to get towed back to the shop and the person on the phone said that they were. a few days past and I get a call from the shop and they told me that my motor was blown and that itll be about $ 4,000 to fix. I asked for a refund and they said that «out of the goodness of their heart» they could only refund $ 100. When I got to the shop to redeem my refund they told me that I had a $ 50 towing fee that I needed to pay first. Even though they said they would pay the towing fee. they misdiagnosed the original problem which led to the motor blowing out and they still refused to give a refund. If the diagnosis had been done properly this whole situation could have been avoided. However I understand that mistakes happen. when thats the case a business should never try to place the burden of that mistake on the customer.

I recommend this place 100%. They seriously go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. I brought my car in to get an oil change and was told my coolant was leaking and needed to be fixed. They explained to me how it was going to be pricy to get it fixed so I decided to take my car back home. They later called me told me they did some research and found out my car had a recall and was still under warranty. They got in touch with the people at Honda and asked them what all I had to do to get it fixed there since it had to be fixed at through Honda. I called Honda, made an appointment and my car was fixed… For free! I didn’t not spend a dime! They could have went on with their day after I told them I was going to pick up my car but instead were caring enough to do some research and really took care of me.

Love these guys!!! They are a family owned franchise. Used to be a part of the Kwik Kar franchise when I was in high school and then they started their own while I was away in college. I have used them several times over the years and always loved them! Very affordable and great to work with! No issues with upselling, overcharging, etc.

This place comes highly recommended, and I also know the owners through a co-​worker. I was very pleased that they were open on a Saturday morning. The gentleman helping me quickly got my car in the bay and took car of the oil change. Chuck visited with me after the car was finished and explained what had been done to the car. He was very polite. I was very happy with the service and the price. I will be taking the Subaru there again.

First time here, but will definitely come back. These guys were super nice, very professional, & took great care to make sure everything was good under the hood. Highly recommend

In and out in 30 mins or less. The staff were very nice and took good care of my car! Super fast service.

Their hours say they’re open 8 – 5, 7 days a week. I came by on a Sunday morning and they’re not open. Fix your hours.
Beyond that, no complaints. Solid work.

I have had repair work done at the MLK location they were great. I went to the college location for an oil change and to have a flat fixed. They said there was no leak even though my tire seems to go flat every day. They were too lazy to check. There was a nail in it and you could hear it. It is a big deal to me as I am disabled and rely on being treated fairly. I will not go back to the college street location again.

There are good honest mechanics in this world. Had my University of Arkansas son’s car repaired 5 – 2014. The alternator and battery were replaced. Today the car was repaired by our local mechanic again. Alternator and Battery again. The closest warranty repair shop was over 150 miles away so I did not even bother calling the warranty on the repair. MY MISTAKE. Blake went to bat for us with Bumper to Bumper. GREAT SERVICE.

Great service! They walk you through everything they do, and check with you first before doing anything that will bump up your bill. I would recommend them anytime.

Would recommend to anyone needing work on their vehicle. Fast, friendly service and very reasonable prices. What work I had done here would have easily cost me twice as much somewhere else.
