I knew photography was the job for me thanks to a box of cookies.

Yep, it’s true, a box of Thin Mints to be exact. One of my first paying photo gigs was of a little girl who just happened to be a brownie in the Girl Scouts. We had tons o’ fun at our session and got some great shots! My love of Thin Mints was brought to light and later, upon cookie season, a box of Thin Mints was delivered to my door as a thank you for my services. I had made a connection with a family who liked me and my work enough to go out of their way to bring me cookies! I had made new friends and scored a go-​to girl for all my cookie needs. I was in love, not only with this family, but with photography as well. I was floored knowing that a few pretty pictures I took would bring a family such joy!

I would love to have a chance at making that sort of connection with you and your family, and maybe bring you a little joy too.
