Worst Doctor’s office I’ve ever been too! I went once months ago with a sinus infection and they were so rude I decided not to go back but when I woke up this morning very sick I went to the closest place, them. When I got there the girl at the front desk said I owed them for my last visit because my insurance Blue Cross wouldn’t pay it. I asked why my insurance didn’t pay and she said she didn’t know but I needed to pay it. I said I would call and find out. That’s when she changed her story and said that Blue Cross didn’t pay because the doctors office wrote down my info wrong when they sent the paper work. I asked why they didn’t resend it with the right info and she said she didn’t know but they would see me now. Then she said that the office required my highest co-​pay. I only had half that in cash and did not feel comfortable giving them my debit card after they tried to get money for last visit on top of insurance money. I said unless you want to bill me for half I’m going to go to another doctor. She said she would find out and took off with my card. The whole time I was there I could hear someone in the back talking crap about random stuff in a loud whisper. That is who the receptionist took my card too. I hear her say in a loud whisper, «people around here never have money, why do they come here?» I said loudly that I could hear her sarcastic comments and I wanted my card back so I can go somewhere else. The woman started talking lower and no one brought my card back. I had to say again to bring me my card for her to finally bring it back and thrust it at me. I left and went to ER who charged less co-​pay. I went on fb about this doctors office and many people claimed similar experiences with rudeness and them saying insurance didn’t pay when it did. This is a great spot for a doctors office. It is a shame people like this run it.
