Four Navy buddies pooled together $ 800 to open a single auto parts supply store in Philadelphia. This venture would go on to become the multi-​billion dollar nationwide retails and service chain that is known as Pep Boys today. With over 700 stores across the U.S. and Puerto Rico, the Company has come a long way from its humble beginnings.

Yesterday my daughter and I traveled about an hour and a half to the C&E Gun show in Fayetteville. While traveling to the show, we picked up a large screw or bolt on one of my front tires. We pulled into the lot of Pep Boys at about 5:30 PM, they were closing at 6 PM. The tire was not replaceable, my spare was in bad shape, they were short handed and still busy with other customers. Before I told the employee we were from out of town he said he would do his best to get my vehicle in before closing; however, once I told we were from out of town, he said he would make sure it gets done. We were the last vehicle out… somewhere around 6:30 PM. The employees could not have been more pleasant or professional. These guys rock! Thanks for doing a great job!

Windshield wipers broke on a Saturday. Even though they had several people waiting for their cars, the guy came right out and replaced them for me.

Had the oil changed in my car, they rotated the tires for free. The filter that was needed wasn’t in stock so it had to be retrieved from another pep boys location. I ended up waiting for a couple of hours, they had free coffee, a big screen tv, Wifi and ample places to charge electronics. Anna who was my Sales Rep, gave me a discount since I had to wait so long. I would definitely recommend this location.

Slowest service ever. Had appointment and still had to wait hours after an hour quote. Never coming back.
