This restaurant is pretty clean and the service is great — they’re all fun people! I’m not Moe’s biggest fan but their nachos last time were so delicious!

Good fast service. Clean restaurant. The chicken burrito bowl is enough food for two people. The cranberry salsa is very unique. Employees are friendly and helpful.

I used Moe’s to cater a party I was having. Wasn’t sure if they could cater an event since I contacted them two days before, but Chris assured me it could be done. I spoke to him three times and each time he was professional and friendly. Of course, the«taco bar» was a huge success. Thank you all again for your wonderful service.

This place is amazing. Reminds me of «Chipotle» back in California. We ordered online and they literally made everything that you check off on your phone, lol. The menu is very similar to Chipotle, you can select your meat, then the add ons and extras like cheese and guac for a little more. We walked in and they greet you with«WELCOMETOMOE’S!» Every Monday, they have a special deal for their burritos, so the lines were long yesterday, but the staff at Moe’s handled it well. Gave us free drinks for waiting and the atmosphere was great! :) We’ll probably go back there every Monday!

What can I say, Moes Fayetteville has got to be the best Moes I’ve been to! I have gone to the one in PTC and the service and quality of good sucks! Moes Fayetteville has excellent Service, Management, Cleanliness, and oh did I mention FOOD too! They are generous on their portions espicially on MOEMONDAY! I will continue to eat at this MOES over any of the other ones!

I’m giving this place 5 stars because of the amazing service and friendly personnel. The food was way better than I expected and I will definitely be coming back. It’s fast but so much better tasting than fast food joints. I got one of their stacks and I got it exactly the way I wanted it!

The food at this Moes is usually always pretty consistent(good) as is the service. The only thing that bothers me every time I go in is that it doesn’t seem like they clean the place well. The bathrooms are always really gross. I don’t typically judge a restaurant by its bathroom, but the same people that clean the bathrooms are the same people that clean the kitchen at fast food joints :-/I prefer the one in Peachtree City over this one, but this one is 20 minutes closer to my house. I try to go there when I can over this location.

gotta get the homewrecker. and pay the extra $ for the queso, its excellent. food is always good and tastes fresh. staff are always welcoming. they also offer online ordering which i recommend bc the lines can be quite long. this place is a little pricey but imo well worth it

Good fast food chain. However, the service in this Moe’s sucks. Poor management probably. I ordered a Nacho with ground and was told they didn’t have any and had to make it. Seriously?! That’s like KFC without chicken… Dunkin Donuts without Donuts. After waiting an hour. With out one person coming to my table explaining the delay or anything. They made me wait on line again and pay full boat. No apologies. Plus I had to wait while one of the servers caught up on olé’times with a friend. I would have given no stars, but that wasn’t and option. Why did I wait an hour you ask? I wish I knew. It’s all about love. My daughter really wanted nachos and she rocked a test in school so I couldn’t let my frustration get to me. But, at least I can vent on Unilocal :-)

About the chain: I drove a lot for work at my last job and have been to maybe 25 different Moe’s restaurants. I actually prefer them to the other build-a-burrito style restaurants. I feel like the food is fresher and the service friendlier. The exception is the chips. They honestly are just bad, but I don’t eat chips, so it doesn’t get in the way for me. No it isn’t «real» Mexican food. It’s a burrito joint, people, what do you want? But it’s a couple of big steps above say, Taco Bell(not that I don’t love a crunchy taco at 1am, cause I do now & again.) I love that you can go onto their website and«build» the meal you plan to order by picking your ingredients and have it give you the complete nutritional profile that results from your selection. If you don’t give a darn about fat, you can add queso to your burrito for like a quarter, which is cool. Besides, how can you NOT love an opportunity to say«I’d like Naked Homewrecker, please.»(Naked = no tortilla) About this location: The service has always been good and you regularly see the owner(who also owns the one in Newnan and another one somewhere totally random… Mall of GA, maybe?) Food is classic Moe’s. This used to be one of the more generous locations in terms of portions, but it does seem they have gotten stingier with the ingredients of late… maybe a result of the economy? They do have outdoor seating which is very nice, especially in the Spring & Fall. I dont know that the location serves them all that well. They’re kind of tucked behind O’Charleys in the little center where Ted’s used to be and I think a lot of people don’t notice them. All in all, they are my all-time second-favorite Moe’s.(Sorry, but Druid Hills/Briarcliff is still #1) If you like this kind of thing, you really need to try it and it’s a franchise so Yay! for supporting local business.
