Of all the apartments I’ve lived in, this is the greatest nightmare. The agent refused to even tell me if the area was quiet or had many students around, probably because the paper thin walls don’t do anything for the absurd amount of noise coming from bumpin’ car stereos at 4am. [Unnecessary] Maintenance is constant – I’ve never lived anywhere where someone had to come in more than 5 times within 3 months, when I’m not home, to check for problems that would be obvious to and called in by any reasonable tenant. Payment methods for other services were not even explained until someone from the office called months later threatening to sue despite my compliance and complete lack of knowledge of the situation. Finally, when terminating the lease, tenants are expected to notify the office a month early. For termination, not renewal – this is a bizarre request made more absurd by the fact that it must be submitted in writing. This process is also a wreck; the lease simply says submit it in writing – after having done that, the office called me just before closing(AFTER my 30 day notice deadline had passed and I’d be responsible for an extra month of rent, of course) telling me it had to be on their letterhead specifically. This has got to be a joke. I would not recommend this place to anyone who could afford literally anything else.

Really not a bad place to live, bad neighborhood though. The apartments are not big big, but one the price, I can’t complain
