Janet Downing specializes in Workers Compensation, and to my mind she is terrific. If you are injured on the job, she patiently will listen, explain your rights, tell you if you need an attorney, and if you decide to hire her, she’ll diligently work to get you the best settlement possible. If she doesn’t feel you have a case, she’ll tell you so.
