I Stitch & Frame

I used Stitch in time from 2001 – 2003 when I was stationed at Bragg and they always did great work. When I got to DC I couldn’t find anyone who did the same quality for anywhere near the same price. Cindy, Cynthia, and John have been great about shipping our plaques to us, and the one time there was an issue with the brass plate, paying to ship it back and then returning it to us. Highly, highly recommend them.

I am currently a company commander in Virginia and we use this business exclusively for our farewells. The quality of the products we receive is outstanding and he is willing to design the plaques in a customized way based on the specifications we convey.
We are VERY pleased with the plaques he’s made us.
What really speaks to the quality is we have been driving from Richmond, VA to Fayetteville, NC for the plaques!

If you want to be taken care of go to this place. Ask for Robert, he’s been doing this stuff for a very long time, when you talk to him it’s almost like talking to a tattoo artist; he knows what he’s talking about and he’s able to give you optimized solutions to what you want.
Robert also have me tips on how to cut cost and shorten turnaround time which was a big plus as I was on a budget.
Robert is also very reasonable and understands the old school skill set of customer satisfaction; one of the laser engravings I got done on wooden disk came out just a tad lighter than the others, when I brought this to his attention, he took the new piece and re-​did it right there — at No Cost. What a stand up guy.
Both the owner, Mr. Kim and Robert have decades upon decades of experience, which is very important. Sometimes the customer doesn’t exactly know what he/​she is asking for, or what the finished product is going to look like. That’s where their experience comes in and they explain to you all of the capabilities and limitations, and how all of that will affect the finished product. My experiences with other places is that they do exactly what you ask for, provide no expertise, and when the finished product is all jacked up, they blame you for it.
Overall, I’m extremely satisfied of how everything came out. I will most definitely come back to give them my business. I already referred one of my colleagues to I Stitch & Frame for a laser etched plaque, and is getting it done there as well.
