History

Established in 2011.

Eliam Consulting Group’s work is inspired by owner and managing consulting Santrell Green, who spent over ten years in her career coaching individuals, business owners and groups. Santrell combines her passions for facilitating the journey to self-​discovery, strategic planning, and training and development to help others answer the age old questions: Who am I? What am I here to do? And how do I get there? This is accomplished through thought provoking questions that allow clients to understand their true selves, including the behaviors that have and are impeding success, and through expanding one’s mind through a transformational coaching style. When individuals, business leaders, and groups address their issues («the good, the bad, and the ugly»), the door to clarity of purpose opens wide for them to walk through to their success. Once purpose is understood, Eliam helps clients develop thorough strategic plans that serve as a map for the road to achievement.

With over 10 years of experience in training, coaching, mentoring, diversity management, and strategic planning, Santrell is able to see and understand the «big picture,» its components, and how they can connect to deliver success. She is a natural communicator, public speaker, and has a genuine care for her clients that creates personal and creative dynamics. Whether in service to an individual or organization, Santrell uses non-​threatening methods to get to the root of the issues causing roadblocks to success. Simply put, she helps her clients get out of their own way and on their way. As a conscious businesswoman, she understands that it is not just about making a profit, but about the lives she impacts and how they in turn impact the world.

Santrell and her husband of 26 years live in the suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia with their two sons and daughter. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, cooking, and reading.
