Dunkin’ Donuts

Having to leave yet another disappointing review. The food is still good but the orders are still getting messed up. The only reason I go back is because they aren’t actually cooking my food and let’s face it… the coffee is always great. The servers there are typically friendly and very young folk, but I’m getting really sick of them messing up larger orders. Every time. Always drive thru. Half a dozen donuts and three sandwiches. One of the sandwiches was completely wrong. As if they gave me someone else’s sandwich. LoL
I’ll leave a positive review when I get a complete order that isn’t messed up. Like I said. The food is still good and so are their drinks. It’s just the actual order gets messed up. The message gets criss crossed somewhere.

Love DD’s donuts and coffee! This location is very fast, and the employees are polite. My only complaint is the drive thru is difficult to navigate!

Went here atleast 10 times and ask for donuts and everytime they mess my order up by giving me the wrong donuts. Staff is very unorganized and incompetent. Get it together dunkin donuts!

Customer service is fine. Food is good and it is clean. Sometimes I think people just like to complain. This store cranks out a ton of donuts and coffee. It has a large and crazy drive thru. If you really need to complain then maybe the problem is an unsatisfied donut fix. Coffee is good. Donuts are good. The rest is karma pure and simple.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I get coffee there on my way to work, and the staff know my voice over the drive thru intercom, AND know my face when I’m in line inside! They know my order, and by the time I reach the front of the line, it’s ready! THANK YOU, DUNKIN!!! MISS YOU, China!!! (They are currently closed for a face lift) I CAN’T WAIT TILL YOU REOPEN!!!

I agree with a lot of the other reviews talking about the poor customer service. Luckily, I can go to the one on Bragg now where they are a lot nicer.

We are originally from up North where there are Dunkin Donuts on every corner. You can imagine, after living in Fayetteville for over 20years, how excited we were when we learned we would have one on our side of town. After the opening, this became our regular after work date/​decompression for my hubby and I. Since my last entry almost 2 years later, this place is the pits. I’m trying to find out if they have different management or owners because all the original staff is gone, the bathrooms are beyond disgusting. we are not unfair people we kept going back thinking they were having a bad day, then a bad week, now a bad month– today’s trip consisted of an iced coffee, a donut, and a Ex-​Large hot coffee

The staff is super friendly, and helpful. Their donuts are amazing, and very good prices especially for a dozen.

I have been a regular customer at Dunkin Donuts for a few months now, I go by and grab a coffee on my way to work. Everyday the employees (especially the morning manager) have a terrible attitude and become upset if you ask them to repeat the order back to you or to check your order after you give it. On several occasions I have also been given the wrong order or incorrect coffee. During my most recent experience I actually decided to call and let them know that they had indeed given me the wrong product (I have never called to complain before, this was my first time; although I continuously have been given the wrong order) I was assured by the manager they would replace it upon my next visit.
As I went this morning to get my free replacement coffee after explaining that it was I who had called; I was REFUSED service by the manager since he «recognized me as being a regular customer». I didn’t realize giving consistent business to a company was perceived as a bad thing, when I was working in customer service jobs I always took it as a positive connotation.
I must say that besides the terrible customer service, the coffee quality here is iffy as well. Even when it isn’t busy and you’re the only person in line there is a 5 – 10 minute wait. After this incident I will no longer be a customer of this Dunkin Donuts, I may be taking my business to Starbucks from now on…

Best Dunkin Donuts in town… Even though there’s only two. Very friendly staff and clean. Always has a ton of donuts on the shield unlike the Ramsey location.

Not great. They only had a handful of donuts. The latte was not very good either. I don’t understand why I had to stand & wait (more than 5 minutes) for one of the staff to retrieve sugar from behind the counter.

Very fast service. Great for your morning rush.

Great location and atmosphere. Decided to stop in today with my husband for a coffee and snack. I did not know they served cookies. I am pretty picky when it comes to cookies, I prefer soft and moist cookies. I asked the cashier if they were soft and the manager came over and said he wanted people to know they also serve cookies and not just donuts. I had the chocolate chip chunk and it was great! Great customer service and very inviting place!
