Anyone who has ever been to New Jersey knows how a real Jersey Sub should taste. And it’s that taste that has kept so many hungry people coming back again and again to Baldino’s. We have offered that same great taste in our subs since the day we opened.
With more than 20 locations throughout North Carolina and Georgia, the Baldino’s traditions continues with an ever-expanding lineup of new, fresh sandwiches, great sides and drinks to keep you coming back again and again.

Hey — I’m the angry Greek who owns the Baldino’s restaurants in North Carolina. My dad started the business way back in the 70’s and he’s entrusted me to look after them. So if you’ve got something to say, say it to my face. I can take it. I know we’re not perfect. We make really good subs and we recommend the Baldino’s way, but we’ll make your sub any way you like it.
I’d like to tell you that I love subs and my passion is serving customers, but that would be a bold faced lie. I do love our food, and I have good people who will make a damn fine sub for you. And I do like some of our customers, but it’s like anything else, some of the people who stumble into my restaurants are a real pain in the backside.
We sure do hope to see you real soon, and if we did anything at all to piss you off, please let us know right there in the restaurant so we can do something about it. And if we’ve done anything to really please you, Yelp away!
