Clean & Green Cleaning Service, LLC

We have used Clean & Green Cleaning Service for 11 years and have found the service to be excellent. Arleta has always been reliable and responsive to our needs. We can always tell when the house has been cleaned because of the fresh smell and cleanliness of the counters, floors, baths, etc. Just as important as the quality of the service, we have found Clean & Green to be wholly trustworthy as oftentimes we are not home during cleaning day. We highly recommend this service.

If I could give them negative stars I would.
My family just purchased a Living Social coupon from them (which maybe we should have never done because many time this mean a business does not have the volume it needs to stay afloat).
With that said, this company is now stating they cannot clean my elderly parents house because W. Simsbury which is apart of Simsbury because it isn’t apart of their territory. I am sorry but if you company is based in FARMINGTON do you know what the Farmington Valley looks like. Many «towns» are embedded in towns. Literally Simsbury is broken up into four areas for the POSTAL SERVICE (Simsbury, W. Simsbury, Weatogue, and Tarriffvile). Here’s a map of Simsbury if you need it as a reference

If you want more business don’t you think you should service the ENTIRE town??? Just my business case here.
Additionally we know friends who have used them as far as East Hartford… now does that make sense? Why get on 91 to go to a town over the river when you have one less then 5 miles away.
Clean & Green Cleaning has threatened to have lawyers notify my mother that she should remover her post.
Well here is mine. Threaten me. WE LIVE IN AMERICA!!! WE HAVE FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHTS, READ THEM… THEY ARE CALLED FREEDOM OF SPEECH.

I had a tenant move out of an apartment who will not be receiving their full deposit back. The tenant left the apartment in a complete mess. I spoke with Kasia and Arleta who had two people over right away, as I wanted the apartment ready to show to a prospective tenant right away. The service was absolutely great!
The first thing I noticed is the personal attention that Clean & Green paid to me. There were absolutely no problems. They told me, «Just relax, we will take care of the mess.» and they did. I showed the apartment, which had a wonderful and very clean smell to it. All of the floors were hand-​done, all of the counters, all of the appliances and all of the services were absolutely spotless.
If you are a landlord and you want an apartment turned over quickly for show, call Clean & Green. I believe they will do an excellent job for homeowners as well as professional offices as well. Everything was left very clean and smelling very fresh. The result, in my case, was a quick turnaround for an apartment.

Absolutely HORRENDOUS company and service!!! I have never written a review about a company before, but I had to simply because I felt robbed. DO NOT WASTE MONEY ON THIS SERVICE… TRUST ME!

I bought a voucher for 3 hours of cleaning service on living social. (I broke my ankle in April and had not been able to clean my condo since. Things that I would have normally taken care of piled up. My wedding is also approaching and I did NOT have time to do a deep clean and organizing like the condo required.)
We were not happy with out living conditions and with no time to clean due to our wedding coming up and my ankle broken we decided to hire a service. The fact that they are green really made us happy as we have a cat and didn’t want any harsh chemicals to affect him.
The cleaning job was superb. They only ask that you make a list of priorities and they’ll clean based upon that list. The cleaning tech dusted, organized, scrubbed, decluttered, EVERYTHING!
Our condo looks great. You can tell the cleaning tech worked hard and it was worth every penny. I would highly reccomend this service to anyone.
The only downside is that I would have bought more time had I known our cleaning tech would have done such a great job. I would have let the tech clean our bedroom also! But this was our first time using a cleaning service and we were worried about someone else being in our home. Even though I was assured the business was insured and bonded I was still a bit weary. All in all, I think this service was great and will definitely be using it again!
