Dr. Foxworthy has been in practice since 1983. Because of practice growth, this Farmington facility was needed. This location allows more room for additional therapies to help patients more effectively.

I’m Dr. Michele Foxworthy. I’ve been a practicing chiropractor since 1983.

Farmington has been my location since the starting of practice. My approach to a patients healthcare one of patient participation. I evaluate their lifestyle and their spine to begin their journey of returning health & wellness. I treat multiple ailments as well as wellness care.
