My mother went through an extremely traumatic cancer experience. Eventually, she had a mastectomy performed. In order to move forward, she wanted a prosthesis. Picking this place to help her transform and move past one of the most difficult times of her life was a huge mistake. The employee would not accept an exchange from my mother, although the prosthesis was in its brand new packaging and had never been worn. The service is so poor that the employee got into a yelling match with my mother and caused her to leave in tears. She seriously FOLLOWED MY MOM outside of the store to keep screaming at her. That type of service should not be acceptable in any forum but it ESPECIALLY should not be a practice at a store that is helping cancer survivors. Luckily, my mom took her business elsewhere, where she was greeted with a hug and an uplifting speech. Shame on this place. My advice, don’t give this place any on your business.
