I had a fabulous visit with Dr. Sadoff. She was very thorough(something my last dermotologist wasn’t), and knowledgeable. I cannot speak to services outside of skin cancer checks, but if you are an extremely fair skinned person tired of getting blown off by derms that don’t understand your skin type, go here. I have heard that wait-times can be an issue, but I’d personally rather know that she takes the time she needs with you and have longer wait-times than feel rushed in my appointment and brushed off. Of course, if you are really concerned, just schedule for first thing in the morning and waiting won’t be an issue. That is what I did and I didn’t wait more than 5 minutes.

I went to Dr. Sadoff to have an ingrown hair removed from my sideburn. She told me she wanted to remove a small patch of skin with the hair for examination. She told me the skin would grow back. A month or so later I called her and told her that the skin did not grow back and had produced a scar. She told me, that to have the scar removed, she would have a surgeon come to her office and remove it. However, the removal might leave a different scar. I did not go back.

Product pusher, quick in and out, knows what she’s talking about, will keep your skin healthy, gets disgusted if your skin is too nasty, but will guide you accordingly to make it better. Her office is top of the line and private. Ipods, new apple computers and all. What that has to do with dermatology, I’m not sure – but her office for sure has the look appeal. In general you pay for what you get here. If you want 10 $ payments even with the best insurance and don’t mind, Ya go here. For services other than doctor Sadoff… I can only speak of the face/back cleanings for acne. they improved since she opened and they’re recommended. The staff kept changing so you never know if the receptionist at the front is going to take a break from taking the garage out to do you face cleanings — though she was decent at the face cleaning lol. The staff was nice, friendly, youthful and pretty, too. For sure not the big mamma butt friendly type of place.

I went here due to an allergic food reaction that led to hives and after waiting for an hour in the waiting room, Wendy took literally no more than 2 minutes with me, promptly telling me she didn’t know what it was and prescribed a cream, but she wanted to see me back in 2 weeks. In the waiting room there were 7 to 8 patients waiting, many of them leaving because they saw how behind she was. Another person commented that even with no one in the waiting room she waited two hours last time. A little old lady went and rescheduled her appointment, telling the receptionist that her friend who’s the nicest and most patient guy, completely lost his patience and left last time due to the wait times. I later went home and googled around and realized my symptoms completely matched hives, and I had shellfish the day before. Wendy never bothered to figure out what was wrong, to explain what the rash-like symptoms could be from, or anything. I feel completely cheated out of my time of going and waiting, and frankly it’s a scam to bill my insurance for her crappy services. Her medical assistant was also super rude, called my prescription to the wrong pharmacy without bothering to verify it was the right one. I then called back to verify for the second time that they called it into the right one, and was left on hold for 9 minutes until she forgot about me and I had to call back. Don’t go here, it’s everything that’s wrong with the medical industry.
