Rude Disrespectful Lady that Judy is. Do not send your new driver to this lady she is very demeaning to a person character. I know that my son can drive, but who can focus if you are lecturing them and steady making them nervous and getting on them about every little thing they do, How can a person drive with such negativity in their ear constantly. Then she gave a Lecture about when she started driving and how things use to be, well in case she did not recognize this is not her time now. People Please do not go here. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE !!

Although Judy was very friendly, she was late to the scheduled appointment, and failed my daughter (the most conscientious driver in the world!) for her failure to parallel park correctly. We never even got on the road. I see from the other reviews (which I wish I had read before contacting her!) that she is NOT the person that you want for your examination. My daughter is still in tears hours later. Choose wisely, but don’t waste your money here.

I am not a person who generally does reviews… but couldn’t resist sharing our worst experience as a customer at the hands of Judy Purcell. To start with — she arrived 15min late to the scheduled appointment. Then she charges $ 50 (most testing authorities take $ 45) for first test & then $ 45 there on. Her approach during the test was very rude & arrogant. She made me nervous through out the test. The most annoying factor was she halted the test (happened to me twice as i went there two times.) for what should be only points on my score-​sheet. I wasn’t allowed to complete my test on both occasions. And guess what… I went to another testing center and passed in first attempt with only 2 points… WARNING TO ALL OUT THERE… DO NOT CHOOSE HER. Unless you have money to flush down the drain & hear a lecture of what driving is all about!!!

First of all I’m not writing this because I’m bitter about not passing. Im writing to warn others about this rude and insensitive teacher name Judy Purcell. She made me feel nervous from start to finish with her rude tone and over exaggerated statements. Claims after going over the speed limit once it’s an automatic failure. Which she doesn’t let you know until after its over. She herself ran over a cone in her car and I kindly joked with her by saying «That’s one point!.. She doesn’t even deserve this star!.. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!

Just like the previous reviewer, I experience the horrid service from this woman.
She was taking her time with all the admin paper work and talking to the previous student. I arrived on time and it was 20 mins later that we started.
When she explained something, she won’t let me ask her any question and she is just plain rude. There are so many things that I could point out that she is desperate for a second test to earn more money off me that it is not worth while.
Her vehicle is old rusty junk, an indication that she is desperate for money. So she tries to be vague on the rules and only after you failed, she will rudely explain everything.

The lady who tests is so unfair ! When we arrived on time she was on the phone and stayed for 15 minutes, when she was done we asked her if I can go to the bathroom and she said: Im in a hurry, I have an appointment, IF YOU PASS THE CONES TEST, we’ll see what we would do. Thats when I should have left, but instead I told her Im not gonna keep her late and hurried up. When she told me to back into parking space I asked her between which two cones should I back the car, and she answered: dont look there, look at the picture !!! How am I suppose to back the car without knowing where am I supposed to go ??? After we were done she told me I failed and all her reasons seemed unfair (like the front of the car was at least SIX feet away from the line ! And you crossed two lines at the same time!!) enough said I took the exam somewhere else two days later and I passed the cones excercise
