Office Furniture Direct

I originally came into contact with this company at the start of 2013 when I needed an entire office set up for my new office. I went into the store and I liked their selection of what they could do so I proceeded with them. The first encounter was great. We provided a floor plan and the owner worked with me to design what I wanted. I gave a deposit and he told me I would receive a computerized mock up of our design. This is where our relationship went downhill. I had to constantly harass this guy to send me the drawing. When I finally got it, I wanted to move forward with the job and I couldn’t even get anyone to call me back. Then when it was ordered there was a delay in delivery and they didn’t call to tell me. Then, when it was finally being delivered, the installers damaged some parts and left a huge mess in my office. I called the owner to complain and he said he would replace pieces and never did. I was too busy to chase him so I just left it alone. Then, a piece of glass cracked so we called them to replace it. They never called us back. Honestly, I don’t even know how this company is still in business. My best advice to anyone looking to use this company is DON’T. Bottom line. They suck and you will be disappointed.
