Can’t thank David enough for everything he and his staff do here. They are amazing people with great service! Can’t beat $ 5 Fridays and orders are always correct! Keep the great work and yes, the smoothies are excellent!

Love the taste of the smoothies! I like that they offer and promote plant based options, so all dietary choices are included. The Vegan chocolate banana is SUPER good! I wish that they offered one size smaller so it wouldn’t be so much in a portion if you are wanting it more as a snack versus a meal. The only other thing that bugs me is sometimes I come in, and the people who come in after me receive their smoothie first. I’m usually in a hurry, so being skipped if I ordered first isn’t right. However, grand scheme of things, I learn a little patience!

So I am a fan of smoothie king and their variety of options. However, every time I come in here the manager is a complete ass to his employees in front of all the customers. I can’t even imagine what it’s like behind closed doors. Those poor employees get snapped at, yelled at and totally humiliated in front of everyone. There is a time and place to give feedback to your employees, not to mention in a manner that is respectful, uplifting & conducive to a healthy workplace. This guy needs to have a swift talking to. Any employees that work at this location, comment and I’ll put in a good word for you at my company. I hate that people have to hate what they do because of the jerks they work for.

Went in with my toddler & newborn, after they made our smoothies & I paid, they carried the smoothies to the car for me! First class customer service. I love that they have kids options that have real veggies in them. And I will always love the Yogurt D lite.

Got the mango and kale vegan shake. It was very thick, and almost impossible to drink with a straw. Not sure if there was any actual Kale or Mango in it. Tasted more like dessert. Shop was busy and the poor workers seemed anxious and unhappy to be there. it is Saturday after all. They also sell a lot of protein powders and supplements. Lots of processed foods and protein bars, and plastic shaker bottles for sale.

I love this place! I usually stop by before work in the mornings. The staff has always been friendly & they’re really fast! I’ve never waited for very long to get my smoothie — even when there’s been several customers ahead of me.

Great friendly service you can rely on! Love this place and I can always get my healthy lunch quick on the go!

2 months ago I attempted to enter the store exactly 3 minutes before closing and the door was locked. I seen one associate behind the counter and 3 customers inside. I knocked on the door and the Smoothie King associate came to the door to let the last paying customer out and told me that he was shutting down and closed the door on me even do it was not closing time. I left highly dissatisfied and did not return for 2 months. Today hoping the same associate was not there I returned. As soon as I came in I saw him. This associate is a young Asian Male with female like characteristics. Very strange hair cut! As I came in I focused on ordering my Medium Gladiator. As I waited I pick up 3 supplements totaling about 94 dollars. When it was my time to pay, I noticed that as the cashier rang up my items, the items were a different price on the computer than the labeled price. The cashier asked the Asian guy and he stated it is what it is! Very rude! They called the manager and he did nothing to fix the situation. Horrible customer service. I will never return. I will also post several reviews about my negative experience. You would think that with so much competition you guys would care.

I love this smoothie king! I always go after work when I’m going to have a workout. The staff here is so friendly and accommodating. I always receive fast service and my smoothies are always made perfectly, no matter what I order or what add ins I choose.

Yummmmm!!! Strawberry & Banana smoothie was amazing. I added the protien and vitamins plus i get a free one after the 2! Its just a bit pricey for a smoothie i dont know if i want to spend another $ 10 on a drink…

I love this store! I used to live and work right next to this store and often went in for my breakfast. Well, I got a new job and also moved. I haven’t been to this store in over a year and a half and stopped by this morning because I had a work event close by. As I mentioned, it’s been over a year yet the gentleman still remembered my name! The mornings have always been so friendly with him there and I think it was awesome customer service to remember my name! I wish I still lived closer because the smoothie king I go to now just isn’t the same, big kudos to this store!!!

Nothing but awesome peeps working here. Not to mention the manager is a Vegetarian! They even have my favorite Vegan «jerky» there!
Located on the busy bee road of Midway, so it’s hard to spot when you’re driving along after work. It’s fast, cheap & healthy! What more can you ask for?! Not to mention it’s close to my job, walking distance close… And well, instead of grabbing a snickers from my offices vending machine or an extra large bag of grease chips from McDonalds, this is by far the best thing to have during work to give me the little extra energy boost, we all tend to need during the day.

I love Smoothie King! It’s a healthy way to boost your energy. I always feel great after a smoothie! And this location in particular has great customer service. They are always busy when I go and some how they help answer or recommend something to every customer. Even down to helping me download and register their app for me to get their rewards.

Great smoothies but make sure you avoid the high school start and end times; or else you’ll be waiting a while.

I love me some smoothie king! I was hooked years ago after a dental visit that left me hungry but unable to eat real food for awhile. I’m a fan of the peanut power plus with strawberry. It’s in no way healthy but the damn thing tastes so good. This store is well maintained and if you sign up for the text program you may get some occasional good things. This past Sunday I received the bogo option along with an update to the new hours on Sunday. The new app is universal for all stores so you no longer need a punch card for each additional location you visit.

was hungry but didn’t know what i wanted… smoothie king gladiator hit the spot! the lady working behind the counter was very friendly & helpful & even suggested for me to download the app… helpful, friendly & saving me money! thanks lol… will def be back… maybe on my way to work

Love this place! While a little pricey, I have gotten a few free items just by checking in on Unilocal!And they have great smoothies at the same price I’d pay for any lunch/​dinner meal, so I’ll keep going back.

This location is Awesome! They always take care of the customers and are always very personable even when they are really busy. I will go out of my way to stop at the location any day!

Well I will start with lighting fast customer service. This location is top notch for service. It doesn’t matter if I go in the morning, lunch or for a late afternoon snack they are speedy.
I like that I get a free smoothie with my vitamin pack to jump start my healthy life. They are extremely consistent with great employees.

LOVE ME SOME SMOOTHIE KING! The only thing I DON’T like about it is that you really have to go out of your way to get it! They need to open inside a Whole Foods or something! Love this place!
