I bring my whole family to Dr. Patel. I am very near-​sighted and have struggled with various eye and contact issues through the years. Dr. Patel is excellent in helping to resolve issues as they arise. He always takes the time to explain what is happening and I never feel rushed. He’s great with our kids as well!

This was the second visit for my wife and I. We have the usual issues that come with age and wanted a thorough exam. That’s exactly what we received. Personal attention, clear explanations of the issues, and advice on what we can expect in the future. Every question was answered and there was no rush to complete the exam. The doctor and the staff were friendly, patient, and efficient. We’ll be back when it’s time for our next exams.

Good optometrist. I have been going to him for 10 years. He has always given tester contacts so I can see which one is best for me. He explains any changes in my vision and ask me questions so he can understand what issues I may have. He is very thorough in his explanations.

Very good optometry office. Dr. Patel worked with me and my husband to find a good fit for our new contacts. My husband had problems with his first trial pair and he was given a new one to try right away. All of our questions and concerns were answered. We have been coming here for several years now and will continue to be Dr. Patel’s patients.

Excellent service. I have been going to Dr Patel for about 6 years now and wouldn’t change. I have even moved way north/​Frisco and still will drive in for my appointments. He is that good. Patel always listens to my concerns, goes in detail to explain things and is very patient. His knowledge and experience is excellent.
I also want to say his office staff are all very kind and patient. Wonderful place!!!

I’ve been coming to Dr Patel for about four years now and he’s a great doctor. He is great at communicating what we are doing and why, and really puts care into making sure my contacts and glasses are right for me. The staff is always really helpful and friendly as well. I have never had a long wait time and every visit is always efficient and I enjoy coming here.

Excellent experience. My appointment time was kept to the minute, no waiting. The office was nice and the staff was kind. Tests were fast and easy. Doc was engaged, focused, knowledgable and patient. Best eye exam and eye glasses experience ever. In and out within 45 minutes. Great selection of frames. The customer service was tops.
