Our history is one built on relationships and service. The name «neGma» was created by co-​founder Magdy Naguib, Karim’s father, in 1994, and is translated «star» in Arabic. We wanted a simple, yet meaningful name that was easy to remember-​the name stuck and has since become our symbol for personal professionalism and excellence.
