Be aware, the worst customer service. I bought 2 bikes from this guys. the second bike I bought was in July, they forgot to apply for my title and plates even when I ask after a month and I didn’t get my plates they told my that my permit is was for 2 months, then I called again the week my permit was ending and they said that the guy in charge forgot to send he papers then they made me pick up the plates at the shop. I month later I didn’t get my title I called again and the same As***** that forgot to send the papers told me that probably the title was lost and they can do nothing about it, that’s your problem he said. I went to the Texas D. of motor V. and they told me that they apply for the plates in October when I bought my bike in
July, and then they didn’t put my apartment number in the papers so the State didn’t have an address to mail the title so they destroyed my title. I had to paid for a copy of the title because they can’t give the original. so now I have a brown certified copy of title bike instead of a clear blue title bike that I paid for just because of this lazy people that don’t care about a repeated customer. I take my business somewhere else

I can’t speak highly enough of Kerry and the staff at Dream Machines of Texas if you are looking for to purchase a Harley. They were patient with me through my many questions while exploring my options. There selection was amazing and made me feel like a kid in a candy store. I am incredibly appreciative for their no nonsense pricing that was straightforward and above the table and no pressure sales, which was far form the experience I had at a HD dealer. In the end I took home the machine that I wanted at a fair price and along with a a great buying experience all around. Absolutely love riding my new Softail Slim. My sales guy’s name is John super cool guy. I came in and told him what i was looking for and we had the bike I wanted narrowed down with a good price. I got a sportster as i’m new to Riding. Dave the guy who Delivered the Bike also super cool. He made sure the Bike was in good shape before leaving it with me. He asked if I had any questions and ended up giving me the full run down from a-​z. I’d recommend them to anyone here I am driving my Dream Machine.

Don’t trust these guys. I bought my Harley from them and was promised if anything was wrong with it they would fix it. The first week I had it I noticed one of my rotors was trashed and made noise every time I rode the bike. I brought it back to them and they tried charging me to fix it even though their mechanic agreed that the rotor damage was there long before I bought the bike. The sales manager is a douchbag and didn’t even want to deal with it so he made one of the sales guys deal with telling me. Bottom line is these guys are just like shady car salesmen and won’t deal with you once they get your money. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

I got there about 9:30. They opened at 9. Stayed to 10 without being approached. No one seemed real interested in helping me. I walked by at least three people and not one greeted me. A couple was too busy drinking cofee and talking about what they did the night before. They did go towards the younger customers. I must have looked like I didnt have money? Must be a lazy weekend? They have a lot of nice bikes. Good selection. They could be better on greeting and asking people for help.

I called around a few places before heading over to this one. I needed my rear tire changed on my Buell Blast because the treads were worn off. I already bought my tire from online which is a Dunlap. I ended up going here because of the price. When I went in they gave me friendly service and told me it would take 2 hours. I came back and it was done and ready for me to ride. I would recommend this place over Harley Davidson because when I called them they wouldn’t even work on my bike because they don’t carry the model anymore. The model shouldn’t matter if I just need a tire changed. So I’m glad I went to Dream Machines Of Texas. They took care of me and did a great job!

I helped a good friend shop around for a Honda NC700X and was pleased to find one in immaculate condition, and very well priced, here at Dream Machines. The salesman Kerry who took care of me was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was attentive to our needs throughout the transaction, and just incredibly helpful… making the whole process quick and super easy. Thank you Kerry and Dream Machines! Recently purchased a Harley Davidson from Dream Machines, and could have not been more pleased with the transaction. I live in Houston, bought the bike at the Dallas store and picked it up at the Austin store, and the whole process was flawless. Dusty in Dallas was great and checked with me along the whole way from start to finish. When I arrived in Austin to pick up the bike Mr Burns had everything ready, bike was all cleaned up and ready to go. Rusty, the money guy, had all the paperwork ready and after just a few minutes I was out the door on my new bike. The bike was exactly as described, no surprises and just as promised. I would highly recommend Dream Machines to anyone looking to buy a motorcycle.

Dusty Taylor helped me pick out my first bike. He was very knowledgable and patient throughout the process. When I arrived, he was with another client and he broke away for just enough time to point out the bike I was interested in so I could start looking instead of waiting. Overall it was a great experience and I got a great deal on a Harley.

I just bought a 2010 Roadglide custom from these guys. They were very easy to work with and made the transaction very smooth. The entire deal was done through emails and phone calls. They arranged shipping to California and the bike arrived as advertised. I got a great bike for an awesome deal. I estimate I saved at least 4 thousand dollars from what I would have paid if I bought the bike in California. The salesman, Dusty was amazing and walked me through everything. It’s completely understandable to be cautious or apprehensive when purchasing vehicles unseen except for pictures over the internet. But rest assured these guys are 100% good to go.

If you don’t have a penis, good luck on getting help from a sales person.
If you are a female rider, be prepared to have to bring a male with you in order to get any attention from the sales staff. I’m actively looking for a new bike and planning to buy in the next few months (or sooner if I find the perfect ride!) and couldn’t get the time of day from the sales staff here. I’ve browsed online and am consistently impressed with their selection. I’ve visited before with my fiancé (who doesn’t ride) and someone promptly asks how they can help HIM. I go in by myself with questions towards an actual purchase however, and I suddenly turn invisible. There are sales guys there… sitting at their desks, texting, playing solitaire… and what really gets me is that those same sales guys interrupted their amusements to help the two guys who walked in after me. I tried to get their attention but was ignored.
I’m on the fence about going back. They have a great selection which is enticing and the reviews on service after the purchase seem good. However, I believe my lack of penis means I’ll never get a sales person to help me and answer my questions.
I wonder if they realize that 10% of motorcycle riders are women?

Stay away from this place. Stay far, far away.. .. unless you want to drop a big wad of banknotes on the ride of your dreams. Inventory is updated regularly on the website and they’ll help you figure out exactly what your dream ride is and make it a reality. Helpful, knowledgeable folks, without attitude. Its a big boy candy store.

As some one else noted, Kerry was very professional, patient and answered all my questions. The Road Glide I looked at was in great condition and well priced. Kerry reassured me they service what they sell. I’m holding out for an 08 or 09. However, I’ll keep cruising the website until one if those models show up. Then, I’ll make sure and ask for Kerry.

I recently purchased a 2009 Harley Nightster. It already had any of the upgrades that I would have had to purchase at the Harley dealership for alot more money.
The sales service was incredible. Ask for Duston Hamilton. They knew I was a new rider and insisted the deliver the bike to my home 45 minutes away. I think that says alot about their integrity.
Thinking I might have a bad battery, they went out of their way to deliver a new battery to my home the very next day. Turns out my battery was good so they let me have a battery charger just in case.
Can’t say enough about how pleasurable the sales experience and financing was. I feel I got a great deal.

Update: If you live in California, be VERY CAREFUL. I was given the wrong information from the CA DMV about importing a bike, and was refused registration forever on this bike. Was told that Dream Machines should not have sold me this bike, because they should know the rules. A little my fault, a little theirs.
Still, they were very helpful to me in trying to get this bike registered, and went out of their way to help. And again, the process of buying and shipping went well. I’d still use them again. Just be VERY careful if you live in CA.

After renting a Harley-​Davidson in Denver, Colorado, I developed an obsession with obtaining the bike of my dreams.
As soon as possible.
I scanned Craigslist and Ebay Motors every day for weeks, looking at market prices of Harleys. Trying to find out what years and models I could possibly afford, and how far I would have to travel for the right price.
The bike I rented was a Road King, and I was determined to find one for myself.
I kept seeing these listings on Ebay popping up with good deals on a wide array of models. They were all from a seller named «dreammachinescycles», and they had a 100% seller rating. They also had a few Road Kings. Including 2 for about $ 1,000 cheaper than what I’d been seeing.
More investigation was needed.

I called them up and got in contact with a salesman named Kerry Schoder. He certainly wasn’t high pressure, but when I expressed an interest in driving up from Austin to test ride a couple of bikes, he seemed confident that I would find one that I wanted to buy. He knew as well as I what Harley dealerships were charging, and what most individual sellers had listed their bikes at.
When I arrived later that week, I walked into a jam-​packed showroom teeming with bikes of all shapes and sizes. Many extravagant choppers, but also some of the traditional models that I prefer. These guys were wheelin’ and dealin’, as I could tell from their ever-​changing inventory listed on their website.
Kerry showed me to the bike I liked most from the pics and descriptions on their website. A 2001 Road King with only 15,500 miles on it. Beautiful, and with plenty of aftermarket goodies already installed. Off I went on a test ride.
I liked it, but wanted to contrast it with another newer model. Unfortunately the newer one had tall ape-​hanger handlebars, and I did not like how it felt to ride.
I decided to buy the ’01.
After conferring with my bank in Austin, I was all set. DMOT offered me in-​house financing, but their interest rate couldn’t compete with UFCU. I put a deposit on the bike and came back to get it the following week. So far I’m happy with my purchase.
The only complaint I have is that there were no records of maintenance, or any owner’s manuals included in the sale. That wasn’t Kerry’s fault though. He answered all my questions regarding certain bike functions and detachable parts, but you can’t possibly cover all that is needed to know about a bike within a 20 minute conversation.
I assume that the nature of their business, and how they keep their prices low is to get the bikes wholesale. That doesn’t always allow for the full history and paper trail that comes with a bike you buy direct from an individual.
One can always buy manuals elsewhere, though. Which is what I plan to do soon.
