I can’t say enough good things about this place. I was hit by someone who left the scene and left me with the bill to fix my car. I wasn’t sure where to start as far as fixing it, but luckily I ran across this place. OT is the person you want to talk to. Very informative and helpful. He was nice enough to charge me $ 250 instead of $ 500 for a deductible, offer me rides to and from work throughout the process of my car being fixed, AND even fixed a weird noise my car was making before the wreck even happened FREE OF CHARGE. I cant say enough good things about this place. My car was damaged on both sides, but now look good as new. If I ever need work done again, I know exactly where to go.

Took my 2015 Lexus RX to Complete Collision to repair some self-​inflicted damage that I did not want to go through insurance for (scratch and dent in the rear passenger door) and they were reasonable and very communicative, which was very important given we were paying out of pocket. The car looks like new again — very happy with the results.

I have taken my car here one time… And I will never go anywhere else. I dealt with the owner, O.T., and he is absolutely dedicated to superior customer service and quality. Good Year and Christian Brothers had both recommended multiple repairs that O.T. said were not needed. He could have taken advantage of this by agreeing with their diagnosis to increase his profit, but he didn’t. This saved me $ 700… I couldn’t be happier with both the service and how my car drives now.
