They use to be a good place to get a car wash, now it’s the worst in Dallas. .The front desk staff don’t even know what they are selling and can speak the language to help you… lost one today.

Color me impressed! I got the standard oil change and it took 15 minutes from start to finish including a free wash! I came towards the end of lunch hour and they were still that fast! It was a hand free wash, but my car looked INCREDIBLE!
The waiting room was awesome. There was plenty of seating, free coffee, and so many for-​purchase foods, it could put a connivence store to shame!
Love love love this place! It’s my new go to place for oil changes!

Just go somewhere else. I used to love this place! Have come here for years but the last three visits have been terrible. If you like your car vacuumed properly don’t got here. I’m not super picky but when I pay $ 25 for a car wash I expected to be super clean inside. There is dog hair everywhere and I just left there! And I tip the guy five bucks!

I went to this location on Saturday, May 6, 2016, to have my headlights restored from oxidation at a cost of $ 59.99. I also requested a quick $ 6 car wash to help with this job. I was told the entire task would take 35 minutes tops. After one hour, the car had been washed, but the headlight cleaning had not been started. I requested my keys and was smart-​mouthed by one of the service managers, Carlos. He would not give the keys back to me immediately nor would he even let me pay for the cheap wash. He crumpled up the ticket and said its on the house. Several customers came and went while I waited during this time. The lady at the counter and most of the other staff were loud, rude, and speaking words which were not on task. I have had a similar experience more than once at the Plano, Texas location, one in which my keys were broken. I will not go to another Car Spa in Dallas-​Fort Worth Texas again. My car was left wide open and unlocked for at least 20 minutes, and no effort was made to inform me of any delay. I may file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and with the EEOC, as this was obviously an act of business discrimination. These conveniences are just an attempt to steak customers time and money and they should be put out of business permanently. Thanks, Car Spa, but no thanks!

I came in today to get an inspection and a car wash. Every person I dealt with was upbeat, happy and pleasant to interact with. How often does that happen? My car was filthy with rain streaks, construction dust, wind blowing whatever and pollen stuck to the surface. They did a really good job in and the exterior of the car.
The people doing the inspection explained the «new» inspection/​registration system as I was one of those caught in the middle of the merge. It appeared that I did not need an inspection. It took a while for me to get it and they were so patient. I was very impressed this visit. It seems they have done some customer service work with the employees since the last time I was there (about 3 months ago). If you haven’t been there recently, I would go. It was never bad when I went, but often a little sloppy and aloof.

I went in to get my oil changed and went ahead and decided that it wouldn’t hurt to get it cleaned too. The basic package is free with oil change but they allow you to take 6 dollars off any cleaning service so I got the interior cleaned as well. It feels amazing to be in a spotless car.

Came in to get a car inspection around 6pm and it took about 10 – 15 min. They have a nice waiting area inside which is spacious and has a tv. It even came with a free car wash that you can get at the time of the inspection or at another time.

Horrible!!! 3rd time going to this car wash to get my car washed. All three times, after paying for them to hand dry and wheel shine. No attendant present to do so. Car drying in the sun with water spots, had to do it myself. Then management refused to refund the extra fee I paid for the service I had to do myself. Go anywhere else!

Have been here several times and have given them the benefit of the doubt as I am busy and don’t have the time to wash my car. I use to drop it off and do the platinum plus which I stopped because the inside of my car was have done. Have had the outside done a couple times and have paid for services where they are suppose to hand towel and put tire shine on. There are under staffed and over booked. They set your car out in the sun which gets water spots and when brought to their attention the manager said, «looks fine to me». Dallas has to many options to put up with that. Don’t waste your time.

As I posted in the original review, I had a $ 39.99 pay at the pump from the Plano store and I wanted to apply that to the $ 29 wash. This would have been a $ 10 overage for a simple wash and not a detail. Not only was I offering to overpay but your cost would have been significantly less this was not a detail. thank you for your response.

«Im so upset… I paid $ 16.99 for a detail and no exaggeration the inside still dusty. So pissed dont feel like explaining. Dont waste your money and TIME going there. A guy asked if I would like spending $ 5 to have cupholders cleaned. I thought with a detail cupholders wouldve been included.»

Pure and simple, you can get a detail here for 40.00 bucks, that’s right, 40.00 bucks.
The service is professional and quick.
I would recommend this place to anyone.
The only negative comment would be the hassling right of the bat to get the chips in my windshield fixed. If I wanted them fixed, they wouldn’t be there, would they?

I searched my car very well looking for the missing items and they are gone. I have replaced both items and have no desire to bring my car to your car wash and have them taken again. I shouldn’t have to empty my car to get it washed. I will find another place for my oil changes and car washes.

Beware you are at risk if the employees of this business damage your vehicle as CarSpa takes no responsibility for it. I traded here for a number of years and experienced this problem to the tune of a $ 600+ repair to my automatic seat motor and adjustment switch. I’ll never go back and have shared this with you so you can avoid the pain, expense and headache I did! Not professional at all!!!

Usually get only the exterior wash via the automated car wash and quick hand towel at the end of the tunnel. You have to pick the right time to go because it can get ridiculously crowded particularly on Saturday.
They usually send coupons in the mail or paper for a free Bronze Exterior wash ($ 6) which can be applied to any other service.
Can’t complain about a car wash for free or under $ 5 for silver or gold exterior (with coupon).
I’ve not had the problems regarding detailing that others have had. It does take about 2 hours. Also you can get you the mats cleaned separately for about $ 2 – 3 each instead of the complete seat/​carpet detail which is $ 40. There is also a coupon for 30% off a single detail option in the flyer.
There is a guy looking for chips in windshields to try to up-​sell chip repair when you drive up, but you can politely decline.

I don’t know what everyone’s complaining about, my experience at this location was awesome. There was no wait at 4 pm on a Friday, I got my oil change and a state inspection in under 20 minutes. They also offer a free car wash if you get an oil change.
The waiting room was nicely air conditioned, very spacious, and they also included free wi-​fi. After playing a couple games on my phone my car was ready and the two nice ladies in the front were very informing and pleasant.
I’ll def. be back here for my next oil change, inspection, or car wash.

Came here for state inspection and oil change (awesome! they do oil changes for VW) and detail. I paid $ 60 for the seat and carpet detail. Got my car back way faster than the estimated 2 hours– it took about 45 minutes. When I inspected my car I saw that all they did was vacuum the interior. It was totally dry, there were still marks in the seats and debris on the floorboard and dust on the dash. I went to the receptionist/​cashier to clarify what services I paid for. I asked if the seats and carpet were shampooed with the express detail. She said no. On the menu of services it clearly states shampoo with the services. She called one of the detail guys over to inspect my car. I pointed out to him that my car hadn’t been cleaned and he looked at my receipt and apologized for the «mistake» and said it would take another 30 minutes for him to clean. I’m still waiting on my car.

I have always driven out of my way to visit this location. I live in Plano and work in Las Colinas. I paid for the $ 1 $ exterior wash only to be told after the wash by two gentlemen that it no longer included a full towel dry or tore dressing.
They said they new machines cleaned the wheels and tires. My tires did not show any indication of having dressing on them. It also called out three different tire/​wheel cleanings on the receipt. There are other places in the metroplex that match this service. Find them, I will.

This car wash does a great job for under $ 25, with a 48 hour guarantee just in case you run through a puddle or something. The folks here are nice but they could be a little more outgoing and friendly. The waiting area is clean but some of the chairs are ripped and should be replaced. Overall I am satisfied and will continue to come here as long as they do a decent job cleaning my car, or unless I see another place close to my house.
