Don’t wast your time and money with this store.
They haven’t quality! Actually they have worst qualify that I had see.
Also they no reply the claim neither emails.
Certainly for this reason they do not return your money or accepts returns.
I’m having to seek the court to have my rights guaranteed.
I bought two sets, and after the first one, were three returns for exchange. The second set after they also came with defects, even the Jessica returned my emails.
terrible attendance. poor quality, bad finish.
Believe me! Stay away from this store.

We purchased the three piece Mirage sofa/​loveseat/​chair set. The saleslady was helpful, not pushy at all, and was able to schedule same day delivery. We paid extra for delivery, which we assumed would be curbside like most other things. We were pleasantly surprised when they brought the furniture inside and set it up. We had an issue with the sofa and chair, and they replaced both without any hassle. We will be back for a new dining room table soon.

I originally found them on OfferUp. The item’s they listed were all new and super cheap. I was super disappointed to see so many negative reviews on Unilocal.I thought about just looking for another place to shop, but I decided to check it out since it was so close to my house and I really liked the dining table I saw on OfferUp.
I knew what to expect, so I wasn’t too shocked when I walked in and saw 4 people sitting at their desks and only 1 girl said «Hi» after I greeted them. I asked that one girl (Melicia?) where they kept their dining tables. She pointed and told me go straight back in to the second room.
This place is huge and packed with a bunch of stuff. I was the only person in the back. I actually really love being left alone when I shop. I spent all the time I wanted to looking at every detail of every dining table set they had. I sat on each chair/​bench of the 2 sets I really liked. I took a bunch of pictures, sent them to my friends, discussed my choices, relaxed a little, and walked around a lot. I was curious so I checked out everything in the clearance section and the upstairs area. Overall, the items here are so much cheaper than similar items I found at other places. I was almost scared to buy anything in case it was some kind of scam. I was probably in the warehouse for over an hour, and not one person came by to ask if I was finding everything okay or needed help with anything. I absolutely loved it. I figured if I had a question, i’ll just go to the office and ask them.
I finally decided on a dining table set (will upload a pic). I walked over to the office area and asked the same girl that actually greeted me, what I needed to do if I wanted to purchase a dining set. She got up from the desk, we walked over to the table and she took a picture of the tag and we walked back in to the office. She was super sweet throughout the whole transaction. She asked the manager? how much the delivery/​install would be for where I lived. I thought it was a fair price ($ 70) so I went through with the purchase. I was super happy the delivery was able to be done the next day.
Walking out I was still scared I somehow got scammed. I’m happy to say the table set is safely sitting in my apartment. The delivery guys were fast and efficient and on time. I will definitely be back.

I bought dining table, 3 bar stool and I am happy with price and the way it look in house. We had to replace dining chairs as legs were rocking, we took chair and guy fixed it quickly for us. I would recommend this place, you can go and take a look, it’s big space and good varieties.

Finally they did replace my chairs… but you have to keep reminding them on each and every phone call… Jessica is good… she finally started co-​ordinating and informing us about our reorder… atleast they should have a file or database where they can monitor the replacements… else it becomes very nerve wrecking to remind them on each and every call… and then some of them don’t even talk properly… remember to call every week if you want any replacements else it will be months without any1 caring or informing you about it.

This place as said doesn’t have low priced /​cheap deals, if its $ 1000 in NFM /​room to go, it will be $ 800 here but your time, Quality of furniture, Service they provide is not worth of time & Money. They promise everything when u buy about delivery, warranties & services and dont stick to any of the promises when its time honor them. Its hassle and pain to buy furniture at this place. Staff & Owner are very rude and they behave as they provide furniture for free or doing a favor to customers, dont buy at this place

I really just have myself to blame for this but let me tell you about my experience with Bella Furniture and Mattress. First of all I found this place in an ad on 5Mile so I guess I got what I should have expected. My initial contact was with Crystal who gave me the hours of the business and I assumed that meant she was working. I made a special trip through 5:00 traffic to get there because I need to buy 3 rooms of furniture for my new house. I walk in and although there were 3 people sitting there doing basically nothing none of them asked if they could help me. Finally I asked for Crystal and was told she would not be at work for 3 more days. I stood there and finally one guy tells me I can still look around if I want to. So I do and find what I want but no one is in the showroom to answer questions or help me with my order. So I walk back down the stairs and again, no one would acknowledge my presence. As a matter of fact the only person who willingly talked to me was a delivery guy who smelled like he had just had a beer break. It was very clear that no one was interested in selling furniture. Made me wonder if this place is not a front for something else.
The final insult was when I contacted Crystal on 5Mile to tell her about my experience and the only thing she had to say was she wished I’d come on a day she was there. Duh. She should have told me she wasn’t working! Again, they don’t seem all that interested in selling furniture.

My wife found some rugs on OfferUp and we ended up here. What’s the deal with Bella? They have super low prices for all their stuff. It’s a huge warehouse, packed to the hilt, with chairs, sofas, beds, dressers, you name it.
We ended up with a rug for $ 100 and two broken benches for $ 80. The benches had some wobbly legs. With some wood glue and some clamps and they’re working as good as new. The benches would have sold for $ 80 each had they been undamaged.
It’s a big place, check it out and see what you can find.

Do not follow there financing scam! They want you to finance through Crest Financial who will end up making you pay DOUBLE before its all over. Crest Financial, after 90 days, will add ONE YEAR’s WORTH OF INTEREST to your balance! I bought a bedroom set and used Crest Financial to finance $ 2200. I paid $ 1000 in the 90 days and still owed $ 1200. I figured I would just bite a little interest for the next few months until it was paid off but NOPE! New balance was $ 3000!!! I read the CONFUSING contract before signing and asked that question specifically about the interest and they acted like they didn’t know. They don’t care! They just want the money and don’t care if you get screwed. «Here you go, here is a really long and confusing contract that would take hiring a lawyer to fully understand» «just sign here and wait patiently until they screw you over :)» I am now going to pay $ 4000 for a bed set that was $ 2200 three months ago! They will not tell you these details. Reviews like this are everywhere about them and it’s obvious that they know but just don’t care. Very unethical way of doing business! I have now seen many reviews of people getting screwed over by these guys and there contract that does not let you understand the terms clearly. SHAME ON THEM!

First look @ store gave us lot of options and reasonable price tags. We asked for recliner couch, dining set. Both of them were delivered same day, the delivery team were polite and quick to install. We met Sonny (owner of Bella) at store and were amazed at this cordial chat. After installation, dining frame was faulty. Just a phone call and new set was replaced next day. Woow. Cant expect more. Sonny you and your team rock. All the best. My next big order and all my referrals are coming your way.

I was a bit skeptical going to this place because of the reviews I read here. However, I proceeded to go because they had this dining table I LOVED for a good price. When I got there, I was greeted by several people, I went straight to the table I was interested in buying and 2 man came to me asking if I was interested and made me an offer for the model table since it was the last one for a really good price. I carefully inspected every part of the table and chairs for damages and it looked in great shape so I accepted.
The only thing that rubbed me the wrong way is the feeling of being rushed to ACTUALLY PAY for the table. I wanted to walk around a bit and browse to see if there was anything else I wanted bcause they had some decent items there. Also they have catalogues to browse and they could order whatever u wanted from that. But several times the same man I accepted offer to (found me) asking if there was anything else .I got the sort of rushy feeling. Its like he felt I was going to change my mind and leave.
When I finally checked out the process went smoothly. I requested delivery be the next day by noon and the table /​chairs were delivered promptly during that requested time. no other problems.
Overall, I would definitely go back. They have good prices and the furniture is not «cheap» as some people mentioned.

I wish I could rate this as 0 stars, because the customer service here is ATROCIOUS. My husband and I went to look for furniture last year a couple of months before we were going to be marrying and moving in together. Finances were tight, understandably, from wedding planning and getting moved, and we had someone recommend this place to us. After looking around, we found a nice loveseat and sofa combo that we were excited about purchasing. I will note that when we opened a center console on the sofa, the bottom had dropped out and the screws were sticking up towards you. When we mentioned this to the girl at front, she assured us that we would be receiving a new sofa and not the one in the showroom.
We began asking the girl some other questions, mostly about payment plans, etc. She said multiple times that we had to put down around 25%, and that we could pay the rest off monthly after receiving them. As we signed the paperwork and gave over our money and information, she was training another girl on how to do the paperwork. The trainee initially circle «payment on delivery», and the trainer told her, «no, they are doing monthly payments», and she scratched it out and wrote that down.
Imagine our surprise and frustration when two months later they came to deliver, they asked for the remainder of the money. We tried to explain to them that we were on the payment plan, and they didn’t seem to know what we were talking about. We called and spoke to the same girl who helped us in the store. She apologized and told us that there was no payment plan, and we were told wrong because the girls who rung us up were new. This was absolutely ridiculous as the woman who was on the phone was the one TRAINING the new person. She told us that she couldnt help us, and so my husband finally asked for a refund. At this point, she told us they didn’t do refunds, they did store credit. Who would want to attempt to purchase anything else from people who don’t even know what they are doing? The delivery people had already left, and we had no living room furniture.
A few days later, we went up to the store again to try to talk to someone in person. We couldn’t afford to put down the rest of the money on the spot, and we couldn’t afford to throw away $ 300 without anything to show for it. We talked to the same girl and she seemed put off that we had decided to pursue this further. She called up the manager in charge, and he was even worse. This man was difficult to understand with a heavy accent, and he spoke quickly and was very rude. He would not let us get any words out when we tried to explain the situation, and had no sense of decency, understanding or customer service. He told us that they had a layaway program and that most companies worked that way and that «everybody knows that» and that we were ignorant. Never mind the fact that we had been told REPEATEDLY of how the payment plan worked there. He was very abrasive and kept telling us that he lost out on money because of restocking. He cared more about his tiny fraction of money coming out of our large sum of money. They still refused to give us a refund and he walked away, done with us, as we were not important to him.
We asked the girl if there was anything else we could do, since we had no furniture even though we had paid $ 300 of it. She told us we could do a financing plan. She told us the interest rate, but when we looked over the numbers, it was clear it was much higher. Either she was lying or just incompetent, and we would end up paying more than twice as much as it should have been in a very short amount of time. At this moment, we asked to step away to discuss what to do.
I have been in customer service for 9 years, and have never and would never treat another human being the way this company has treated us. I told my husband that I would rather just walk away then pay another cent to these con artists. He agreed. We approached the girl once more and asked if there was a penalty to back out of the sale. She told us no, and we told her we were done. Before we could leave, she said that there was a restocking fee we had to pay as well. Incredulous, we were about to delve into another matter entirely, but she assured us that the money would come from what we had already put down. However, for some reason, they CAN refund at this point after a restocking fee is taken out and we got $ 50 back.
DO NOT waste your time in going here. The people that work here are incompetent, callous, and lying thieves. I cannot understand why they still receive any business. I have scoured many reviews besides what has been posted on Unilocal,and it is quite clear that other people have had awful experiences with them. We have definitely learned now to have as paperwork as you can before purchasing from people. You want to hope that every company and person conducts business the way you would, but we know now that that is asking for too much. Some people are scam artists.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They delivered my couch on a flatbed without wrapping it with anything. Couch got scratched while being delivered. Owner says he can’t do anything about it DO NOT BUY… DO NOT BUY! I will never return as a customer.

When we first walked in at the front door there is a girl with dark brown hair on the right sitting her desk staring at me and I said hello and she just kept staring at me and didn’t say anything so we kept walking. We say a lot of cheap furniture in here! So be careful because it’s nice if you don’t have a lot of money but cheaply made. Service is AWFUL!!! We had questions and there were 3 employees just talking and didn’t say anything to us. We had a question about delivery so ask the group of employees and then one guy out of the corner said I can help you! because of service and thought if we would purchase here it would be a bad experience so we left!

Non existent customer service! They have decent priced furniture, but that only goes toward their Signature Ashley items, other items in the store are pure junk. They have the worst customer service and their delivery guy is a jerk! Methinks not rating according to Unilocal is the best they’ll get.

WOW! My son and I found a big ²⁄₂ condo and it looked so empty so I called him from work and asked if he wanted to take a look at some furniture to get some ideas of what we could get within budget next payday. He’s like cool, I’ll meet you there and we pulled up in front of this place about 2 miles south of us after looking at reviews pictures and prices online.
Both our eyes glazed over when we looked at the big showroom floor and the unbelievable low prices! I thought we must have accidentally crossed the southern border into Mexico when I saw how much furniture your small budget could afford here and not to mention ALL of the choices! We were ready to pick the first 3 or 4 sectionals after looking around for a few minutes. There were so many choices and so little time since it was 5PM on a Sat evening when we showed up.
To make a long story short the sweet lady there told us we might be able to qualify for 90 days no interest and they would deliver that day! We scurried around trying out sectionals and found this one soft and plush model that will seat 6 people easily with a recliner and a lounger and storage and cup holders! On top of it all it was tax-​free on the weekend for some reason and we got a discount if we picked floor models! We were both in Heaven at this point after she said we qualified for $ 2500 interest free if paid in 90 days! We snapped up the sectional and a nice dining table with 4 wood chairs. Signed a paper and went home… a little while later the really cool movers showed up in a great mood and even shook my hand!
They were happy I was on the ground floor and I’m guessing they probably put in a hard week cause anyone that walks in this place is crazy if they leave empty handed! Anyways, here it is Saturday night and my son and I got to enjoy his big screen TV sitting on our new sectional… SWEET! I’m glad we came here first! I’ll upload the pics in a minute. Life is good!

Absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced. They are crooks. Buyer beware!!! Furniture that was promised a certain delivery date actually wasn’t available until months later. The few furniture pieces that were delivered scuffed up paint and damaged doorways due to their terrible movers! Worst experience! Not with the headache!!!

After months of follow up with our bank, phone calls back and forth to Bella Furniture, we finally received delivery of a replacement sofa for the defective one.

Bad experience at this place. I bought a Sedona couch and love seat a year ago the came in boxes when delivered. I recently started a business and purchased the same couch and loveseat along with a glass table. Sofas came wrapped in Saran Wrap and were dirty and had holes in the backing. When we showed up with our rented truck they loaded the couches and did not have the table in stock (actually they were about to load the wrong one had I not stopped them). We had to wait longer for them to wrap up the floor model so we could take our used floor model furniture from the store. When we discovered the holes and dirt on the couches I called and complained that these were off the floor. At first they said they’d deliver a new couch and then it turned into «that’s how the couches come and they were new, sorry». That would have worked had I not bought the same set a year ago that was delivered in boxes and clearly new. This couch had cup rings from we’re people set down their cups on the armrest, holes, and leftover fuzz from the paper towel used to clean it off and wrap before pickup.
Avoid this place. They might be cheap but they suck. The girls working up front seemed helpful in person but when you called and they actually answered the phone didn’t know anything.
Terrible business practices and ill never send anyone here again.

If you’re looking for furniture look no further than Bella Furniture and Mattress. Go talk to «the Asian girl» Joann. I was in town for a rental property and she took care of me from beginning to end. She checked in with me afterwards to make sure everything was delivered properly and set up without any issues. I wish more people were like Joann. Treated me with respect and honesty the entire time and made me very comfortable even though I’d never been to Texas.
Thanks Joann! Will definitely be doing business with you again if I’m ever in the area!
