Unassuming from the exterior but a great museum inside. Interesting exhibits on Bruce Smith (1941 Heisman Trophy Winner); the Fleckenstein Breweries; Tilt-​a-​Whirl; Liz Strofus (WWII WASP); flying ace, Red Jackson, and more. Also, if you’re looking to do local genealogical research, there is no better place to go than the Rice County Historical Society
