Established in 2011.
Mr. Wilking has 26 years of trial experience in the state and federal courts of North Dakota and Minnesota. He has successfully argued cases in the North Dakota Supreme Court, South Dakota Supreme Court, Minnesota Court of Appeals and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. In addition, as an assistant attorney general for the North Dakota State Tax Department, and a special assistant attorney general for Workforce Safety & Insurance, he has participated in more than 300 administrative hearings.
Leo graduated from Harvard College and received his law degree from Fordham University. He served on the Board of Governors of the North Dakota State Bar Association, and as president of the Cass County Bar Association.
