Coast To Coast Development

We had a 200K addition put on our house and are happy with the result. Coast to Coast both designed and built the addition. The main thing for me is that the owner, Charlie Marzot, is trustworthy and professional. His crew are completely capable. We asked a lot of questions and were kept abreast of developments as they happened. There were inevitable unforeseen issues but these were presented well and unavoidable. The schedule was close and the budget was accurate.
There were communication and process issues which I really think are likely common to any project like this. There is a fundamental imbalance in knowledge between customers like myself, who do this once or twice in a lifetime, and professionals who do this for their careers. This makes it hard to, for example, review a contract and work description and know if it answers all the questions that will arise. I didn’t always know what to look for or how to interpret some items. Charlie, however, was always forthcoming and he and his crew were all friendly and great. I’ve already recommended them to several friends looking for work.
