Great experience. My son wanted his first skateboard. At first it started a little rocky. We went at the end of business after Christmas. The staff was a bit shorthanded and stock was lean. Upon seeing this, I hate to admit, our next stop was at a large blue and yellow box store known for low prices.
We ended up going back the following morning and met Bret. He built a board up for my son and stayed within his budget. After looking at a few suggested options for decks Bret put together a great package. He could have easily pointed to a pre-​packaged board and left it at that. Instead he took the time to build it there. Even replacing a set of bearings he had already seated, because he did like the way they sounded.
This is the kind of experience we want from our local retailers. Thank you for all the help and advice. Rest assured my son and will be returning.

We rented from the owner Labor Day weekend. Have one SUP, needed a second. Unique skate bike boards of many types and clothing shop. They have a great selection and are laid-​back, friendly with TONS of knowledge. We were looking to buy a second board. The owner told us about his end of season sale and a great deal. We returned the board that evening to discuss looking at their new boards and make a deal. Bummer, he was gone for the day not returning Sunday. That was the only bummer as the employee was not offering the same deal. Maybe we’ll catch up and do some business with him. Standup paddleboard is where it’s at & this business definitely has a lot to offer. Many boaters stopped us on the Falmouth Bay to ask us about stand up paddle boarding and if we owned or rented. We told them both and we referred them to this location!

Awesome selection of surfing/​ocean gear, they also have skateboard/​longboard gear. I would recommend this shop for any enthusiastic water/​land surfing person!
