Shell Gas Station.

Used pump #7 today and pushed the button for regular gas at $ 1.83/gallon. Got back in my truck and waited until my truck was filled. When I looked at the pump, the price was way too high! I selected the option for a receipt and after receiving it saw I was charged for premium gas at $ 2.53/gal. I immediately went into the station and confronted the attendant. He denied any possibility of a station error, and blamed me. I asked him to check the cameras and see what button I pressed. He refused… saying their camera resolution wasn’t good enough to tell. Yeah right. Buyer beware, these people are scam artists. (BTW Premium gas a mile down the road was $ 2.19…so what’s up with $ 2.53 lol)

Absolutely unbelievable! I pulled up to this gas station to purchase gas. It was night, so all the lights were on. I took a minute to find my credit card in my purse, got out of my car, took the gas cap off, slide my credit card, put in the zip code the pump asked for, inserted the pump into the cars gas tank, and all the lights in the parking lot went out. My credit card transaction immediately cancelled.
I got my bag and keys out of the car and walked to the window. The station had just closed! I knocked on the window as the young dark haired cashier wearing a baseball cap was running the tape on the register. He acknowledged me and told me that I was not actually pumping so he closed! REALLY??? I asked him his name and he refused to tell me. Gee, I wonder why?
How extremely rude can someone be? I had no idea what time the station closed. When I pulled up, the lights were all on and it appeared to be business as usual. Obviously, my business is no longer important to this station. I live in the area and purchase my gas here on a regular basis. NOT ANYMORE! (I am in sales and drive approx 1,000 miles a week. That is a lot of gas I purchase there.) I am totally in shock and disbelief that this actually happened. Wouldn’t you make sure there were no cars in the lot ready to pump gas before you shut it down?
