I had by far the worst experience in this place. The quality of work of the body shop is very very poor. The communication is bad and they not even inspect the car before I pick it up. When I started pointing at all the mistakes, they were looking at me like deer on headlight. At the end they try to fix the mistakes but it still a bad job. I can’t trust this guys with my car again.

I had the worst customer service experience of my life here. The work was done poorly and they did major damage to my truck which they then refused to admit responsibility for. In fact, when I questioned them about the damage they responded with profanity and an anti-​military sentiment. This was offensive because I am a veteran of the war in Iraq. I was shocked and appalled by my experience there. The quality of their work was just as horrible as their customer service.

I had to go here twice in two weeks. Yuck. I apparently waited a few years before deciding to drive like a rookie driver and hitting a random object then having a problem with a merge lane. Now, there were personal problems going on at the time, which may have affected my rational thinking, but anyway…
The first time, my parents called ahead and met me there. The guy came right out and gave it the free inspection. It was going to cost a couple hundred over my deductible, so he recommended just paying for it myself, which I did. They did a super job.
Soon after, I came back, and the same guy took care of me. This time, the damage was more, so he recommended calling insurance and that way I could get all the repairs (not all are necessary) because it would still cost me the same.
Both times, my car came out immaculate with a good price compared to what I’ve seen other places charge. AND, I’ve gotten the car back within a couple days each time. They are efficient to the point that most people where I worked didn’t even know my car had been damaged because they didn’t realize I hadn’t been driving it.
