To be honest, I would rate this location 0 stars. The service was awful and the product was terrible. I brought a bridesmaid dress in for alterations. They made me pay upon dropping off the dress and I expressed concerns at that time about fixing the dress if it was not done well upon pick up. I was told he has a 100% guarantee and would fix anything free of charge is I didn’t like it. The hem at the bottom of the dress was bumpy, too long, and unprofessionally done. When I asked the tailor to fix it free of charge, he refused and said that he «didn’t care about my satisfaction», that it was his store rules. The man who owns the store was rude and disrespectful. I would never go there again.

Very reasonable pricing (I was quoted double, at two other tailors, for my self-​designed travel jackets). Very pleased with other work as well. Can sometimes run late in delivery. Overall, a «real find».

Nice people. I used to get my shirts custom made in China when I was living in Asia, but since moving back, getting shirts made here in the US is expensive, from the prices I’d been getting around the area. The man at this store was honest and told me it’d cost $ 150 per shirt (10x what I paid in China), and suggested I buy regular shirts and have them taken in. Been taking in my shirts ever since. I won’t talk about prices since they can vary greatly from one tailor to another. What I can say is that I’m very satisfied with the cost-​quality ratio of this place.
