Worst, rudest front desk people I have ever seen. I would not feel comfortable with such angry unhappy people drawing my blood. Horrible customer service.

The location is great for me, but the people who work there are ghetto and look miserable being there. They are not professional and talk to patients with attitude. Next time I’ll go to a different location. Also, every time I call no one picks up so the best thing to do is book an appointment online.

Do not come here. I have an appointment for 11AM, came in early and its 11:30am right now, NO SERVICE NOTHING. The wait staff is RUDE, doesn’t welcome you or apologize for the wait, and looks miserable like she never wanted to do her job. I will find another lab in the future for sure. I only came here because this was one of the few open on Saturdays

Hideously inefficient, why does it take on excess of 30 minutes to give me a cup to pee in? Oh it’s because you’re having an argument with your coworker as to whose braids is the best. Neither!
Terrible staff, terrible

Very lethargic staff. The room is full of people. She is sitting behind the counter chatting and laughing. Excellent example where pay for performance matters.
The flowbotomist I got was exteremely rude and rough. She was getting some sadistic pleasure from moving the needle inside the vein while changing vials.
The one my wife got was pleasant and gentle inspite of having a caste on one arm.

After reading some of these reviews I was expecting a long wait and rude service. But I got the complete opposite.
My appt. was for 9:45 on a Thursday. I walked in to a completely empty waiting room and the man working was ready to take me. Did the test, 2 minutes later done and out the door.
I think I’m still in shock due to never having such a quick experience at a clinic.
The guy working even had a sense of humor!
So I’ll come here again if I ever need to in the future

I had a great service from Jefferica today at Quest Diagnostic. I didn’t even feel the needle. She is very good and professional drawing blood. After having terrible experience in this area she comes as a pleasant breeze.

The service at the actual centers is fine though sometimes slow. My complaint is that despite the multiple times I’ve given them my new insurance information, they continue to bill the old information that I have not been covered by for over 3 years now, therefore potentially nullifying coverage, as we know how lovely insurance companies can be if they are billed late. I am SICK of them doing this and will not return because of it… or pay for the most recent f*ck up that is their fault.

This office never answers the phone. After finally reaching someone, I was put on hold for over 8 minutes then they just hung up on me. I believe that Zero stars is the appropriate rating.

Awful experience. Doesn’t matter if you have an appointment or not. Go to another one– the one on Fairfax in Arlington is 10x better

No one was in the waiting room when I arrived for my 9:10 appointment on a Thursday morning so after the receptionist had me show ID and fill out some information, she asked if I was ready. I was but her question made me wonder if I weren’t ready, I’d have to hang around until I was. I guess peeing in a cup is always going to be a weird experience.
She brought me into a back room and gave me my instructions: go to the restroom next door, fill up the cup above the line, don’t flush the toilet, don’t wash hands, and return to the room with cup of pee. I did as she said and when I placed the cup where she pointed, I asked if I could wash my hands. «Not yet» was her economical answer and no explanation. The reason for delayed flushing and hand washing was that after she poured the necessary amount in a container for testing, I’d have to take the cup, dispose of the liquid into the toilet, and throw the cup out into a special biohazard container. After that, I was allowed to wash my hands. Just an FYI if the employee taking your sample is as reticent as mine was. Maybe she was trying to be green by conserving words, time, water, and soap.
She was efficient though. I was in and out so quickly that I was tempted to go shopping at the Target but figured I should get back to work.
The Quest Diagnostics online scheduling tool allows you to select your appointment time. Calling to make an appointment might be better if you need to go in sooner than later. Rescheduling online was also easy to do using the confirmation number provided. Once you have your appointment, the site has options for you to print out directions and add the appointment to your Microsoft Outlook calendar. Convenient!

Sting like a butterfly. You won’t feel like you got KOed when you get your blood drawn here. The lady (and she is a lady) will take care of you so fast and quietly that all you’ll remember are her colorful acrylic nails.
Oddly, I didn’t know what my blood type was, and thanks to the health care system, I had to pay for the blood test myself. Fine. It cost $ 54. That seemed worth it should I be in an emergency situation where I didn’t have time for a test… Yes, you say I can just donate blood and find out… no, the US has a rule about not taking blood from those of us who’ve spent time in the land-​of-​spongiform-​jakob-​something-​or-​other back in the 80s and 90s… England. Ah, land of the mad cows. Not only did I go there, I lived there… and I ate many a fine steak (due to the mad cow, the cheap cuts of meat like those on the bone were not allowed… leaving the filet mignon etc. to be sold at a discount because everyone was afraid to eat beef. Sweet!).I digress.
The Falls Church Medical center that houses Quest Diagnostics is not glamorous. But that lady could draw blood from a bee in flight!
