I’ve been a patient of Dr. Moller for 6 – 7 years and he has been very good to me. The only problems I’ve had, have been with the office manager, but that is a different story, and I’m not going to blame Dr. Moller for her shortcomings. Dr. Moller is very trustworthy. I first went to him as a second opinion because the first place I went to was this ritzy place with this fancy machine that rotates around your head and scans your teeth that way. This dentist(I wish I remembered his name so I could warn people) told me I had three cavities(I NEVER get cavities) and that my gums were too low on my teeth and they needed to cut my gums to expose more of my teeth. These things were so unbelievable to me I said thank you and never returned. When I went to Dr. Moller, who was just another dentist on my insurance list at the time, after my exam and cleaning, he said everything looked great. Then I pointed out him that another dentist had just found all of these problems and the specific tooth numbers who they claimed had cavities. Now if Dr. Moller was dishonest, he could have said, «Oh yeah, I do see that now… let me take care of that for you» and charge up my insurance. Instead, he examined the questionable teeth again and said there is nothing wrong with my teeth… or gums, and not to worry. There have been a few times when I’ve either chipped a tooth or just from erosion have developed sharp spots that bother me and make my tongue constantly play with them. Every time this has happened, Dr. Moller has seen me on the spot, without an appointment, buffed out the rough spots causing annoyance, and could have EASILY billed me. He never did. He was a good dentist — I say«was» because I just learned he is retiring. I wish him well, and just wanted to voice my happiness with him in case he ever checked Unilocal.Thank you for taking excellent care of me, Dr. Moller!
