This store rocks. We found good quality suits with vests for great prices. The size selection was excellent, with many patterns, colors, styles, and fits. The sales people were friendly and very helpful without hovering. The staff at the counter were professional and friendly. This store also carries many items that are no longer found in regular department stores. We did not look at the shirts, ties, and shoes, but there seemed to be a good selection of those as well. And surprisingly, they carry women’s suits, as well as suits for boys and casual menswear. We had a great experience and will certainly return to this store for future needs.

(I think this’d be 3.5 stars for me, but I generally find what I need, or something in close proximity to what I need, so I’m rounding up.) K&G is a large space with a wide selection of clothes, from casual to formal. The clothes here are lower-priced than at similar stores and many department stores, and the quality seems good to me.(«Quality» to me means they look good and they last a decent length of time. For more detail on clothes quality, you’d have to ask someone else.) Tailoring is available at an additional cost, and is capably done. Staff members are friendly, although they aren’t always as knowledgeable — about what they have and how to match some of their more unique things(colors, patterns) — as counterparts at similar stores.

I came in here to prepare myself for walking into Best Buy and was actually surprised. Think of a Marshalls, with more suits, and zero interior decoration. The ties are organized by color which is a feat unmatched by Marshall’s or Filene’s. Suits and dress shirts are organized too but everything else is just mixed together. Brands are completely across the board. There’s nothing really high-end here but shirts from a brand named after Michael Irving cost the same as a Calvin Klein shirt. If you wear anything bigger than size XL, you’ll probably strike gold here. There is a tailor that says he is a separate entity. It was about average priced. They had a buy 1 suit, get the 2nd for $ 50 promotion, so I paired up with a friend. All in, the suit I bought cost about $ 115 with tailoring. You’re not getting top-quality, but it was at least $ 200 level of quality. Pretty decent values, just don’t go in expecting the world.

Pretty decent selection, dedicated men’s clothing store, quick turn around on the alterations.
