I dont normally write reviews but this one is well worth it. Its been years since I purchased a car and was dreading doing so because of previous experiences. Needless to say this experience was a breeze and was handled professionally. I was never pressured or harassed. I got a really good deal and was accommodated when I had a personal situation arise. Walter listened to everything I said and made it all happen for me. He never told me one thing and came back with another. I never felt cheated or finagled. It was a one stop shop for me. If I had to do it all over again… I would! Thank you FC Auto/​Walter for the new ride and great experience!

Used USAA’s car selling program to sell them my car when leaving town. They politely walked through any issues with my car from the initial estimated offer and worked with me to get a good deal. I never felt pressured. I would recommend them to anyone trying to sell a car to a dealer.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! We used the USAA car selling service to get «guaranteed» purchase offers from dealers for our 2008 Chevrolet Avalanche. Nothing – not one thing – was falsely represented on our end. They guy at FC Auto even allowed that the truck was in exacty the condition and specs as in the offer. Then he began to nitpick little nothings and refused to honor the purchase offer that he-​HIMSELF-​had written. We were the intended victims of a trick to lure us down there under false pretenses. We drove off. While there, three other customers left after discovering the same thing: the price they quote is not the price they will honor. This company gives USAA a bad name and should be taken to task for false advertising.

They buy nice looking cars from wholesale auctions that have major mechanical problems. Worst car I ever owned I bought from these guys. I’d recommend a dealership — you might pay a little more up front, but you won’t end up paying the equivalent of the price of the car in repairs over a couple of years of ownership like I did. I’m not saying they purposely sell lemons. I’m saying they don’t look too hard to find problems with the auction cars they buy.

Got me great financing when nobody else could! Geniuses! Fast and easy process and they really had my best interest in mind. Found and Got me in my dream car Audi A6 4.2 with warranty. Guillermo aka Nemo is the man! The way car buying should be (I probably sound like a commercial there lol) I hope Carmax doesn’t sue me lol

Let me be first to say, I didn’t buy a car, but it wasn’t their fault. It was due to my own circumstances. That being said, they helped me out in actually getting me a loan when my own bank wouldn’t and got the figures brought down even more without me having to do anything. As the previous reviewer stated, they aren’t really sales people per say, they do try to sell you a vehicle, but they do it in a way that makes you feel like you are a good friend of theirs. They are very open about where the fees/​costs are coming from and will show you what can and can’t be removed. I highly recommend them, and that is coming from someone who has been in sales for the last 9 years.
