Fairfax Glass Company

I ordered a large mirror to Fairfax Glass. Two days later I called and the girl who answered the phone said it was ready and I told her I was on my way to pick up. I get there 20 minutes later and she says no one is there and I have to come back. I go back next day and the mirror is too big for my car, a guy who works there says he charges $ 60.00 to bring it to my house. I say OK. Fairfax Glass charged me &305.00 for the mirror and they do not deliver and do not install. I went to circle glass and asked them if they install and they said yes. I asked them how much it would be if I just purchased the same exact mirror from them and it would have been $ 186.00!!!
I called the manager and Fairfax Glass and told her how over priced they were and that I felt ripped off. She said she was sorry. She didn’t offer any discount at all and had no explanation as to why they are so ridiculously expensive.
I discourage people from going to Fairfax Glass. Customer service is horrible and prices are super high.

Went in to order a replacement glass shelf for a vintage cabinet. They matched the original exactly. No complaints here.

Absolutely amazing job! Quality materials used and custom fit our shower like a glove. Contractor was on time and did a very professional job. I would highly recommend Fairfax Glass Pro… don’t be dumb and take a risk on using some other contractor for custom glass
