Appalling. These people are idiots, incompetent.
Where to begin? No contract months are sold in the form of a lie: they lie about how much memory they have, because about 80% of the memory is taken up by preloaded crap (seriously), if you complain, they have the gall to dismiss you and tell you, «well that’s how laptops are sold.» I’ve owned more laptops in the past couple of years than you have owned in your life. You don’t need to tell me.
Most of them can’t speak English– speak Spanish, that’s fine, I don’t care. But I come in and have to wait 10 minutes for them to get someone who can speak English?
Oh, and they don’t even know how to work the phones. Bring in your Boost phone and watch the head-​scratching again.
Utterly incompetent. I hate these people and this place.
