Crap… This place sucks… was approved of a refinancing loan and the process was unprofessional and slow going. Finally after submitting the paperwork and signing the official documents… and approved, for some reason the decision was reversed with a little explanation, and there was never a letter explaining the reversal. I had to call the loan officer, who kept avoiding me, and told me I could appeal the decsison, which I never received a personal letter, but an internal form that had incorrect infomation. Needless to say the loan officer never returned my calls, and I dropped the whole situation. I am not annoyed that the loan was reversed, but the process and lack of customer service that was given. Because of the horrible communication, the dodging and under trained staff, I would never trust my money in a poorly ran bank.
