I looked to Unilocal for a referral for waxing services, Mai had nothing but positive reviews… and when I saw the word ‘perfectionist’, I was sold. I am hypercritical about my waxings. Mai delivered. I am very happy with her attention to detail. I like a bit more of an arch to my brows, but I will definitely go back. My leg wax is perfect.
She also had time for a regular pedicure, which was good… I’ll ask for the ‘spa’ version next time.
The salon is very sanitary, clean, and tidy.
Mai is a kind and good natured woman, I am happy that she is right here in Fallbrook. She uses excellent product, too! I definitely recommend her.

I’ve been going to Mai for years. She’s the best! She’s amazing at waxing, a perfectionist. She has done my eyebrows, underarms, legs and bikini area. Also she does great hair color. I’ve had so many compliments on my hair color. Give her a try, you won’t regret it.

Mai took me in when I spontaneously decided I needed to get my hair colored right then and there, when most places turned me away, because they wanted to go home at 6 pm on a weekday. As a full time, 8 – 5 business professional, it was attractive to find a salon happy to take your business at a time that was more convenient for me.
Mai did a beautiful job making my hair the color I described I wanted. One of the best color jobs I’ve ever had.
After a trim my hair felt healthier than it does when others have trimmed it.
While allowing the color to set, I mentioned how I needed to get my nails done and to my surprise Mai offered to do them.
She’s very sweet and I would trust her with any service.

I went in for a manicure /​pedicure and was very pleased with how my nails turned out. I had a little chip on one nail 2 weeks later and Mai was happy to take care of it for me. Mai (the owner) is very nice and makes you feel welcome. I also went here to have my eyebrows waxed. She did a great job! I have found a new salon right here in Fallbrook.
