Disappointing. This clinic isn’t interested in getting you healthy. They’re more interested in making additional appointments. I wouldn’t recommend for anything but routine mediocre care if you cannot afford anything else…

I have never been kick out of a clinic only cause the doctor there is crazy she is rude and abusive I only went there cause I needed a doctor note to go back to work she refuse to give me a doctor note to go back or to excuse me from work this woman made me cry ! I wish I knew her name I’m sure not all the doctors in there are spycho and even the nurses are afraid of her ! By the way the nurses are very nice an professional my bad experience was only with that crazy bitch

I absolutely love this clinic. I’ve been taking my family here for over 3 years. Their staff is helpful and personable. Their pediatrician (dr Xie) is wonderful and really listens to you. Granted, I personally have never seen an actual doctor for myself; it’s always a nurse practitioner… But she is knowledgable and will do her research if she isn’t sure about something. As a bonus though, they are not afraid to refer. Any time additional help is needed, they refer us to a specialist, without any haggling. I love the care we get here. I don’t ever plan on moving!

My first appointment to establish care and it was horrible. I have lupus and a bunch of other health issues, just moved to Cali and this is the first doc I got. When the doctor came in, at first she tried to say she could give me any of my much needed referrals, THEN we I told her of this intense stabbing pain in my right guts for the last two days and I almost went into the ER for, she interrupted me and said, «I don’t have time for this today. Come back another day». !!
She never greeted me when she walked in, not a smile but look of (I don’t want to be here) she tried to argue with me on referrals when I knew she just didn’t want to do her job. She interrupted me a LOT, and only wrote down two things on my chart to attend to, when there was more that she just didn’t care to address. I’ve never had such a bad experience with an office! This was crazy!
