We’ve been using Triangle for years. They’ve never been great at customer service but always very good. Recently things have taken a turn for the worse. On December 23rd we called for a repair on our heating system. We’re told that it won’t be possible for anyone to come look at our heat until January. During the first week of January, 2 technicians arrive and inform us that they need to order parts. It’s now January 13 and they have yet to return. Temperatures are now very cold and all of our product in our warehouse is in danger of being ruined. Why the negative review? Horrible communication and horrible response to an urgent situation. *** The Update: I called another hv/ac company and they came the very same day and had it repaired the next day. The needed part was easy to find.
