I guide today’s Renter toward their future goal of owning a home by helping them understand their credit and financing, teaching them market trends and creating an action plan with achievable goals that lead them to home ownership — After I find them an apartment/​condo/​house to rent.

I teach Buyers current market trends so they can make informed decisions, show them properties they want to see and prepare them for home ownership by providing them with access to my vast network of Contractors, Mortgage Brokers and Inspectors who will work as hard for them as I do.

I help Sellers, Landlords and Investors maximize their earning potential by exposing their properties to the largest audience possible via diligent online marketing efforts such as YouTube and SEO that no other Realtor in the Fall River market is doing.

I became a Realtor in 2011. Prior to working as a Realtor I was in the music and clothing/​accessories businesses where I learned the marketing skills that I use today to make you and your home stand out in today’s crowded field.

I have lived throughout Western Europe and the northeast United States.

I have a unique skillset learned from 5 years spent working in a Conversational Behavioral Analysis field, that I have trained others in around the country. This skillset allows me to subtly gain information from our counterparts in any transaction thereby giving you the upper hand in negotiations, among other things.

Couple that with my marketing abilities that I learned in the music and clothing/​accessories businesses and you will soon see that I do not think or act like the average «run of the mill» Realtor.
