Northcutt Custom Homes, L.L.C. in Fairview, TN, is the area’s custom home builder. Since 1982, we’ve been providing hands-​on personal service, focusing on quality construction and building to fit individual clients and their lifestyle. Over the course of our business, we’ve built over 400 homes in the local community. We encourage our clients to call our references and ask about their experience. We only build a few homes at a time so we can devote the attention that is needed to deliver great customer service and quality to each project. We have used most of the same subcontractors for over 20 years and they deliver the quality that we demand. We have a passion for home building and customer satisfaction is our mission.
