Totally fine. I scheduled an appointment online for the next day, and went in and didn’t really have to wait long. Everyone was expedient and friendly. They explained all the options without trying to make me go broke from getting the most expensive lenses. They gave me advice on frames without being pushy. I admit that the wait was rather long to get the glasses, but they called within the expected window and they look and feel great. I also went back within 30 days and got 50% off a third pair so I could have some prescription sunglasses. That time, they did not call and it had been 2 ½ weeks. I called on Friday, and they said they were in, so I went and got them after work. No biggie. FYI, they don’t just give you your prescription to take with you unless you request it(which I did). You should also ask for your PD(pupillary distance) too if you want to order glasses online. Being new to the eyeglass scene I hadn’t realized this was a big component of crafting the glasses but after doing some research I found that it was. Overall, very good value(free exam with 2 pairs of good quality, but not overly expensive, glasses). Would recommend.

After paying $ 254 for glasses & a recommendation to see an Ophthalmologist which recommended the left lens be changed in the prescription American Best wanted my granddaughter to be retested as this facility. They were the ones that wanted my her to be seen somewhere else. She is a college student without a job. Why should she have to spend more money to be retested. I sent an e-mail to the company with no response. I do not recommend this company.

Judging from other cities it seems like rude employees and bad customer service is the theme of this place! If you push back on their up sells they get an attitude. They took three weeks to get a trial pair of contacts! Then they wonder why you don’t want to place an order with them? For twice the price as you can buy them online?

Took my daughter for an eye exam and glasses 2 pairs $ 69 with exam, and didn’t have any major issues. It did take 8 days for her 2 pairs of glasses to be ready for pick up, but we didn’t need them right away, so the wait wasn’t that big of a deal. Now if it were me and my glasses had broke, I wouldn’t be able to wait the 8 days or however long. Everyone was pretty helpful and nice, store was larger then I expected and plenty of seating in the back. I did find out that shipments of glasses come in Friday and Monday at 3pm so if your waiting, maybe try calling either day after 3pm and check on your glasses?! Overall no major complaints, pretty painless experience.

After $ 266 for an exam and(2) pairs of glasses with single vision lenses and all kinds of coatings and etc, I waited an unexpected 9 days for my glasses to come in(that was my fault, Lens Crafters mktg dept conditioned me). All was good until this point when my glasses came in 1 pair was clearly not made to the prescription and the other pair just wasn’t right in one of the lenses(was alomost like a fun house effect when I put them on). I could wait another 10 days for glasses so I demaned a refund. They were only going to give me the money back for the glasses and I insisted that the exam was done wrong other wise set #2 would have been fine. After waiting for a manager who said the same thing I told them to give me a # to corporate. I was given a # to customer service. I called before I even left the store. The lady on the phone explained to me how she was doing me a huge favor by have the store refund the exam. HELLO! What about my time, gas, energy? No need to do me any favors! I got my money back but the rudeness and arrogance was an added bonus I guess. I just wanted a simple pair of glasses. Maybe Lens Crafters or Eye Masters can get it right.

Is it possible to give a rating with a negative number of stars? Or a loud blaring siren that shouts DON’T EVERGOTOTHISPLACE when this page is pulled up? In lieu of a siren I will just shout it myself– NEVERGOHERE. EVER. YOUREYESWILLPROBABLYFALLOUTIFYOUDO. Reason One– They are Negligent. Their«doctors» have most likely only acquired that title from one of those two-week online degree scam courses. They failed to diagnose a SERIOUS and apparently VERYOBVIOUS(according to a proper optometrist) eye infection that could have caused serious complications if left untreated and chalked it up to «dry eye». Reason Two– They are swindlers. We were assured that our order for new glasses and new contacts would be in by the end of the week wherein it was placed. Two weeks have passed since then– still no contacts or glasses. Reason Three– The entire staff of this business has the manners of barnyard animals. EVERYPERSON, from the«doctors» down to the reception staff that we encountered throughout the ENTIRE process was rude in the extreme. Polite, reasonable questions were met with flippant remarks, and the overall attitude that our presence was interrupting their day. So, in summary, for the cost of an exam and new contacts and glasses, we were A) Belittled by the staff, B) Misdiagnosed with potentially serious results and C) STILL without the new glasses OR contacts. For my part as the customer in this situation, I will be reporting these people to the Better Business Bureau, and anyone else I can report them to, for that matter. I strongly advise you all to steer well clear of them.
