SPOILED ROTTEN DOGGIE DAY SPA

The first time I took my pooch here, it was fantastic! I wanted the notorious «boo» cut and they delivered, when other groomer’s couldn’t. My dog is EXTREMELY nervous and freaks out over everything — so I was really nervous they weren’t going to be able to finish the cut, but they did! She looked so cute! The winter went by and my dog had accumulated a lot of mats, so I took her back. This time, she was almost 100% bald. I didn’t even know who she was when I picked her up. She was acting very skiddish also. I’m not sure if it’s because of all the mats, that she ended up bald, but now I’m skeptical. I will try them out one more time because of how great the first cut was, with my fingers crossed it turns out just as good as the first. Also, the owner is a doll! She absolutely adores dogs and it really shows. I’m not sure about the rest of the staff though.
