Nu-Look Collision

I had an issue with my rear wiper that was broken by a car wash. Called Nu Look Fairport and told them the situation. Spoke with Kristen and she said to stop by and they’ll take care of it. Swung by a few hours later and was greeted by Kristen and she called out Kory to fix it. He was very pleasant to deal with. He took my car and had it back to me in 10 minutes. It was an awesome experience in an otherwise bad situation. Thank you Kristen, Kory, and Nu Look Fairport. You saved the day.

I have complete confidence with this collision company and the work that they do. My vehicle is very different from most and has extensive amount of handicap controls that you just don’t see every day. When I brought my vehicle in last year I went over the operation of my hand controls with the manager and he understood how sensitive and expensive they were and oversaw anytime my vehicle had to be moved or in the hands of another mechanic. When I was in an accident most recently the manager still work there remembered me and the operation of my vehicle. The diagnosis my last accident was a bent frame and some cosmetic damage that you will see in the pictures I post, this put me out of commission for a few weeks but I had complete confidence that my vehicle was in safe hands. I received regular updates from the adjuster as things progressed, I also felt that the job completion was very reasonable for the amount of work and had to be done. Their attention to detail is second to none and has made me an extremely happy customer!

Let’s face it after an accident you really NEED to have some things go right just to kind of balance out the bad of having your car messed up.
Thankfully, the work I had done at Nu-​Look really went a long way to getting back into balance. They were super easy to get information from and they got the work done in a reasonable amount of time given the issues of having to get the correct parts and the approvals from the insurance company, and the fact that they take major holidays and weekends off like normal people do, but they made the effort of updating me by phone at the times that they were at key points in the process of mending my car to let me know where things were in that process. I really appreciated that a lot.
The work done was excellent, everything looks and works as good as before, which was important as the car was only five months old when a deer tried to commit suicide by using my car. The paint job is a flawless match, you cannot tell that at all that a deer did a header into the middle of the grill and hood.
Before returning the car there was a walk through to look at and discuss the work that was done, to make sure I was satisfied before driving off. If there was a flaw, it would be that they mistook the paper that I had down on the floorboard to protect the carpet — as the paper that their mechanic may have put down to protect the carpet, and they removed it when cleaning up. Yeah so, the possible flaw was that they were too tidy.
This location was really convenient for me (they have places all over the County) but I am certain they do the work somewhere else as this spot simply doesn’t have the space for body shop and painting. And frankly given the quality of work that they ended up doing I don’t care that they added 12 miles to my odometer.
While I did not need it, they do have an arrangement with a car rental company to get you a rental will yours in the shop. It is an option, but they didn’t annoyingly try to push that.

They where fantastic. I was having trouble with insurance company of driver that hit me. And they took care if it. They fought to get parts replaced that insurance company didn’t want replaced. And the work was superb!
