Molly’s Yoga Corner teaches a foundational hatha-style yoga based on three principles relating to the ground, the breath and the spine — philosophy developed by Vanda Scaravelli. Molly and her staff will guide you through a practice that puts your mind at ease while cultivating joy and energy from within. If you have never been to Molly’s Yoga Corner we invite you to stop in and take your first class for free.
History
Established in 2000.
Molly’s Yoga Corner opened after the recommendation of her teacher Molly was training with, Esther Myers. Molly began her yoga practice in the early 90’s. Being a competitive runner and triathlete she began experiencing painful hamstring and hip injuries. Within a few classes the injuries were healed. She knew then yoga was not only a great practice but also a healing practice. She then decided to look into teaching yoga and began her teacher training with Esther, receiving over 700 hours of training. With Esther’s encouragment she opened Molly’s Yoga Corner in June of 2000.

Molly Huff L.
Business Owner
As a lifelong athlete, Molly has a strong background in the mechanics of the body. Her almost 16 years of yoga practice, yoga study and teaching have given her an intimate knowledge of the inner workings of the body. In order to help a student reap all the benefits of a given pose, a teacher needs to have this level of knowledge and ability. Her teaching is based on traditional Hatha yoga, bringing students back to the basics so they can cultivate a strong foundation for a practice that grounds them in the present moment while promoting growth. She received over 700 hours of teaching certification through Esther Meyers Yoga Studio in Toronto. Molly continues to study in Toronto and regularly attends workshops and retreats throughout Canada and the east coast and is registered with the Yoga Alliance (RYT).Molly’s yoga teaching brings a variety of experiences to enhance the needs of each student.
