Tom, the owner seems like a nice enough guy. That being said this whole experience has been miserable. I ordered two lapel pins from him in early January. In short order I got an email saying the pins had been shipped out and my card was charged. The pins never showed up. When I finally reached Tom he told me that the pins I wanted were mistakenly listed as «in stock» when they hadn’t be. Tom informed me that the pins I had ordered were now in stock and he would ship them out. A week later I received one pin. I emailed Tom and told him and he immediately sent out another pin. An envelope arrived with no pin(presumably it poked its way out). I informed Tom again and he sent another pin, this pin arrived crushed an in three pieces. At this point I just asked Tom for a refund which he processed about a week later. The problem is he charges $ 5.00 for shipping, but then ships the pins in a regular 42 cent postal envelope that is not equipped to handle the pins. If he had put it in a padded envelope I do not expect we would had this problem. Or at least he shouldn’t charged $ 5.00 for a 42 cent product. While Tom was always cordial, he never once apologized. Will use Amazon from now on.

Tom installed a flag pole for me last year. Great product, great price. The yardham needed a little tweaking so Dave came out and fixed us up. Great service. Very happy indeed!
